เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 9 กรกฎาคมที่ผ่านมา L49 มีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ต้อนรับอาจารย์และนิสิตจาก ภาค INDA คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เข้าเยี่ยมชมออฟฟิต

ภายในกิจกรรม ทุกท่านได้รับฟังการบรรยายเกี่ยวกับผลงานและแนวคิดการออกแบบในหลากหลายประเภทของ L49 โดย คุณปรีดาพนธ์ บัณฑิตยานนท์ (Managing Director) พร้อมทั้งร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และมุมมองด้านการออกแบบภูมิสถาปัตยกรรม

L49 รู้สึกเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ต้อนรับทุกท่าน และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าการเยี่ยมชมในครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับนิสิตทุกคน

Last Thursday, 9 July, L49 was delighted to welcome faculty members and students from the INDA Program, Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University, to our office.

The visit featured a presentation on L49's diverse design projects and design philosophy by Predapond Bandityanond, Managing Director, followed by an engaging exchange of ideas, experiences, and perspectives on landscape architecture.

It was our pleasure to host everyone, and we hope this visit provided valuable insights and inspiration.

ตลอดทศวรรษที่ผ่านมา สวนสาธารณะแห่งนี้ได้เปลี่ยนจากพื้นที่รกร้าง สู่พื้นที่สีเขียวที่ผู้คนและธรรมชาติอยู่ร่วมกันได้อย่างกลมกลืน ผ่านการออกแบบภูมิทัศน์ที่คำนึงถึงทั้งระบบนิเวศและคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ใช้งาน

วันนี้ พื้นที่แห่งนี้เต็มไปด้วยร่มเงาของต้นไม้ใหญ่ ไม้พุ่ม และพืชน้ำ ที่ร่วมกันสร้างระบบนิเวศซึ่งสามารถฟื้นฟูและพึ่งพาตนเองได้ พร้อมมอบบรรยากาศร่มรื่นให้ผู้คนได้พักผ่อนและใช้ชีวิตใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ

ด้วยการคัดสรรพรรณไม้พื้นถิ่นอย่างพิถีพิถัน โครงการจึงช่วยส่งเสริมความยั่งยืนทางสิ่งแวดล้อม ลดการใช้ทรัพยากรในการดูแลรักษา และสร้างพื้นที่สีเขียวที่เติบโตได้อย่างยั่งยืนในระยะยาว

Over the past decade, this public park has transformed from a neglected site into a thriving green space where people and nature coexist in harmony. Through thoughtful landscape design, the project enhances both ecological resilience and the quality of everyday life.

Today, the park is enriched with the shade of mature trees, diverse shrubs, and aquatic plants, forming a self-sustaining ecosystem that supports biodiversity while creating a comfortable environment for recreation and relaxation.

By carefully selecting native plant species, the design promotes long-term environmental sustainability, reduces maintenance requirements, and allows the landscape to flourish naturally for years to come.

บ้านหลังนี้ถูกออกแบบให้เป็นพื้นที่ของ “การอยู่ร่วมกัน”
โดยมีพ่อแม่เป็นศูนย์กลาง และลูกชายทั้งสองอยู่ในพื้นที่ฝั่งซ้ายและขวา
สวนจึงถูกออกแบบให้สะท้อนตัวตนและความต้องการที่แตกต่างของสมาชิกแต่ละคน
ก่อนหลอมรวมทุกพื้นที่เข้าด้วยกันผ่านความเรียบง่ายที่มีเอกลักษณ์ของพื้นที่สีเขียวแต่ละโซน
เราเชื่อว่าสวนไม่ใช่เพียงสภาพแวดล้อมที่สวยงาม
แต่คือพื้นที่ที่สร้างความสัมพันธ์ ความผูกพัน
และรองรับทุกช่วงเวลาของครอบครัวได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ

A home designed for everyone to live together — with the parents at the center and the two sons on each side. The landscape was therefore envisioned to reflect the unique character and lifestyle of each family member.
These different needs were thoughtfully brought together and unified through the simplicity and distinctive identity of each green space.
More than just a pleasant environment, the garden is designed as a shared place where the family can gather, connect, and create meaningful moments together on every occasion. The landscape becomes not only a setting for living, but also an essential element that strengthens and nurtures the family bond.

Landscape Detail Design by L49

แนวคิดการออกแบบนี้มุ่งสร้างมิติทางภูมิสถาปัตยกรรมผ่านการใช้องค์ประกอบแนวตั้ง โดยเลือกใช้ผิวผนังรูปแบบลูกฟูกสามเหลี่ยม (triangular corrugation) ที่เรียงต่อเนื่องตลอดแนว เพื่อเพิ่มความน่าสนใจของพื้นผิวและช่วยให้พื้นที่ดูมีมิติมากขึ้น

รูปแบบผนังนี้ยังช่วยตอบสนองต่อแสงธรรมชาติ โดยทำให้แต่ละระนาบรับแสงไม่เท่ากัน เกิดความไล่ระดับของแสงและเงา ซึ่งเปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามช่วงเวลาของวัน ช่วยให้บรรยากาศของพื้นที่ดูมีชีวิตชีวา

นอกจากนี้ เงาของพรรณไม้ที่เคลื่อนไหวตามลมยังซ้อนทับลงบนผนัง ช่วยเพิ่มความลึกและชั้นเชิงให้กับพื้นที่ ทำให้เกิดบรรยากาศที่นุ่มนวลและสร้างประสบการณ์ที่น่าสนใจให้กับผู้ใช้งาน

Landscape Detail Design by L49

This design concept aims to create spatial depth in the landscape through the use of vertical elements. A continuous triangular corrugated surface is applied along the wall to enhance surface articulation and give the space a stronger sense of dimension.

The wall pattern also responds to natural daylight, allowing each plane to receive light differently. This creates a gradient of light and shadow that changes throughout the day, adding a dynamic quality to the space.

In addition, the movement of tree shadows across the surface introduces further layering, enriching the spatial experience. This results in a softer visual atmosphere while enhancing the overall user experience within the space.
