แนวคิดออกแบบจากทำเลเหมาะเป็นที่อยู่อาศัย การออกแบบที่เรียบง่ายไม่เป็นการรบกวนสายตาต่อผู้ที่อยู่อาศัยมาก่อน พื้นที่ที่คำนึงถึงอยู่ที่อยู่ใช้งานอย่างเต็มประโยชน์ โดยบางยูนิตจะมีระเบียงเปิดพร้อมสวนในตัว
