Lumiera Apartment

ليست الفكرة في هذه الشقة أن نُدخل الضوء إلى الفراغ، بل أن نجعل الضوء هو ما يحيط بالفراغ.
صُممت Lumiera Apartment انطلاقاً من خصوصية موقعها، حيث تحيط بها الإضاءة الطبيعية من مختلف الاتجاهات، فكان الضوء عنصراً معمارياً أساسياً في تشكيل الفراغات، وليس مجرد تفصيل مكمل لها.
تتغير المشاهد الداخلية مع حركة الشمس؛ يتسلل الضوء، ينساب بين الفراغات، ويرسم خلال اليوم طبقات مختلفة من الظلال والانعكاسات، لتبقى الشقة في حالة بصرية متجددة دون أن تفقد هدوءها.
جاءت اللغة المعمارية معاصرة ونقية، تعتمد على صفاء الخطوط، هدوء الألوان، ونبل المواد، لتمنح الضوء المساحة الكافية ليكون هو البطل الحقيقي للمشهد.
Lumiera ليست شقة مضاءة فحسب؛
إنها مساحة صُممت لتعيش الضوء.

The concept of Lumiera Apartment was not simply to bring light into the space, but to allow light to surround the space.
Designed around the unique quality of its setting, the apartment receives natural light from multiple directions, making light an essential architectural element in shaping the interiors rather than merely a complementary detail.
As the sun moves throughout the day, light filters through the spaces, flows between them, and creates ever-changing layers of shadow and reflection — giving the apartment a constantly evolving visual character while preserving its sense of calm.
A contemporary and refined architectural language was developed through clean lines, restrained tones, and sophisticated materials, allowing natural light to become the true protagonist of the interior experience.
Lumiera is not simply an illuminated apartment;
it is a space designed to live with light.
