قد يبدو وجود المهندس في الموقع كافياً لضمان سير المشروع بشكل صحيح،
لكن الإشراف الحقيقي يتجاوز مجرد الزيارة أو متابعة سير العمل.
Simply having an engineer on site may seem sufficient to ensure the project is progressing correctly,
but real supervision goes beyond simply visiting the site or monitoring the work.
هو متابعة جودة التنفيذ،
ومراجعة التفاصيل،
والتأكد من مطابقة الأعمال للمخططات والمواصفات،
واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب.
It means monitoring construction quality,
