My client said, “Engineer, the water coming from this roof is too much and it’s affecting my balcony.

We have already installed water collectors, but they are not working. How can we solve this problem?” 🌧️🏗️

I told him, “Don’t worry, sir. We are going to create a parapet wall gutter system and properly channel all the water into one downpipe, so the water can flow straight down without affecting the balcony again.”

I made sure the parapet gutter came with an elegant finish and a beautiful design that adds value to the building.

Interestingly, before we even completed the work, there was heavy rainfall almost two different times 🌧️✅ and it clearly proved that the gutter system was working perfectly.

No water was resting inside the gutter, no overflow, no leakage — every drop of water moved smoothly with a perfect slope and proper channeling.

Should we go with black crack tiles for that luxury modern look?

Should we use normal tiling for simplicity and neatness?

Should we apply plaster effect for a smooth contemporary finish?

Or should we install flexi clay to give it that classy natural appearance?
