Nashqadu waxa ey ka koobantahay meelihii lagu riminayay xoolaha (Artificial Insemination area), Meelihi lagu maalayay, Keydkii caanaha, Laboratory ama Sheybaarka caanaha, Xafiisyo, iyo keydad.

New Town at Bosaso district Z was planned as a TND and embodies the most advanced traditional town planning principles. This resulted in the design of five compact, walkable, and mixed-use neighborhoods surrounding a series of waterways and green areas. Each is approximately 0.4 kilometers across and comprises a mix of residential and commercial uses. Each neighborhood also has a center designated as an open space reserved for public use.
There are two principal entrances to the site. The most direct entrance is provided from the Highway, in the form of a broad and beautiful tree-lined boulevard that becomes the main thoroughfare or central spine for the entire community, linking the different neighborhoods.

Proposed SITE PLAN for Karin Agricultural School with a total area of 10000 SQM.
The site plan includes a variety of features including Roads, walkways, greenhouses, green spaces, recreation areas, farm cafes, boreholes, and many others.
As one of a select group of agro-learning and research institutions that are revolutionizing the way agriculture is taught and practiced throughout Puntland and all of Somalia, this agro school will immediately establish Karin district as a national leader in this field. It will also place Karin and the surrounding areas at the forefront of the region. The school will be built on a thorough, interdisciplinary methodology that explores the theoretical and conceptual underpinnings of agricultural processes and procedures.
