Two Towers, Trnava (competition, 2026)
The design connects the two existing towers with a new shared plinth. Within it public amenities, community center and a nursery are situated. By placing the parking spaces underground and in the middle of the complex, the presence of cars on the facade at ground level is minimized. At the same time, parking requirements are expected to decrease in the future. The above-ground parking garages can therefore easily be converted into a passage with spaces for rent, connecting the north and south sides of the residential complex.
