JE&GR je vodilni slovenski proizvajalec namenskih komponent in celovitih mehanskih sklopov za najzahtevnejše industrije. Podjetje JE &GR d.o.o.

Znanje in izkušnje povezujemo z ambiciozno vizijo prihodnosti ter ustvarjamo okolje za ljudi, ki želijo premikati meje. sta leta 1993 ustanovila Slavko Jelševar in Marjan Grošelj. V podjetju je trenutno redno zaposlenih 32 delavcev. Imamo več kot 70 kooperantov in podizvajalcev od katerih jih večina dela ekskluzivno za JE&GR. Naša dejavnost je proizvodnja kovinskih izdelkov za podjetja iz Slovenije in EU, največ za potrebe Nemške in Nizozemske obrambne industrije. Ta proizvodni program predstavlja 70% realizacije. Leta 2004 smo od Ministrstva za obrambo Republike Slovenije pridobili Soglasje za proizvodnjo vojaškega orožja in opreme, ter dovoljenje nekaterim zaposlenim za dostop do tajnih podatkov stopnje ZAUPNO. Naš lastni proizvodni program je izdelava nasadil za okna in vrata. Izdelujemo klasišna, stilna 3D nastavljiva in posebna nasadila po naročilu naših strank. Prodajamo jih tako doma , kot v tujini, predvsem v Švici, Nemčiji in Avstriji. Smo edini Slovenski proizvajalec profesionalnih snežnih verig. Naš proizvodni program obsega razvoj in proizvodnjo verig za traktorje, tovornjake, viličarje, snežne freze in specialnih verig po naročilu. Več kot 80% snežnih verig izvozimo v Nemčijo, ostale pa v Slovenijo, ter druge evropske države. Podjetje je v zadnjih 20 letih svojega delovanja izdelalo več kot 11.000 izdelkov različnih materialov in zvrsti izdelave. To so izdelki iz :

- kovine (odlitki, zvarjenci, odkovki, obdelovanci jekla, barvnih kovin…)

- gume (tesnila, amortizerji, blažilci, izdelki v kombinaciji z jeklenimi vložki…)

- plastike (za različne namene in iz različnih materialov)

- blaga (različne torbe)

- različni drugi izdelki iz lesa, pluta…

Strateška odločitev podjetja je, da za vsako specifično delo poiščemo kooperanta, ki obvlada posamezno področje. Za vsak konkreten primer izdelka sami ali v sodelovanju s kooperanti določimo tehnologijo in logistiko izdelave kompletnega izdelka. Obvladujemo naslednje tehnološke procese:

- CNC obdelovalni centri, CNC stružnice, klasičnih rezkalni stroji, stružnice, vrtalnih stroji, brusilni stroji

- preoblikovanje pločevin na štancah različnih velikosti, hidravličnih prešah, krivilnih strojih

- izdelava zvarjencev s postopki : TIG ; MIG-MAG , plamensko,

- točkovno varenje jeklene, aluminijaste in medeninaste pločevine,

- toplotna obdelava materialov: poboljšanje, cementiranje, karbo-nitriranje, kaljenje

Na področju varjenja smo za potrebe NATA pridobili certifikat EN 729 in DVS 2718, kar pomeni, da je podjetje usposobljeno v organizacijskem in tehničnem smislu zadovoljevati zahteve najzahtevnejših izdelkov in kupcev. Ta certifikat nam je podelila mednarodna institucija TUF. V proizvodnem procesu imamo tudi vpeljane tudi tehnologije površinske , galvanske ter termične obdelave materialov:

- poboljšanje, cementiranje, karbo-nitriranje, kaljenje

- Zaščita izdelkov ali polizdelkov

- barvanje : mokro ali suhoprašno glede na zahteve kupca

- galvanska zaščita, fosfatiranje, broniranje …

Tudi na področju proizvodov iz gume imamo v sodelovanju z različnimi kooperanti mnogo izkušen, saj smo izdelali že precej različnih izdelkov iz različnih materialov (trde, mehke, penaste gume) na različne načine predelave (estudiranje, pečenje v modelih, vulkaniziranje, izsekovanje iz plošč…). Izdelki iz plastičnih mas so prav tako zelo pogosti proizvodi, ki jih izdelujemo v sodelovanju z našimi kooperanti. Pri tem skupaj načrtujemo orodja za brizganje izdelkov iz različnih materialov, ter modele za kompozitno vlivanje poliestrov.

The MG42/MG3 has proven its reliability over decades of service. But achieving accuracy, control and sustained performance also depends on what stands underneath it.

At JE&GR, we manufacture components for the machine gun tripod systems, designed for demanding infantry applications where stability and mechanical reliability are essential.

Sometimes, even a rear-view mirror requires serious engineering.

On an armoured vehicle, a conventional glass mirror can become a liability. Under impact from bullets, fragments or debris, broken glass can create an additional hazard exactly when reliability matters most.

That is why this military rear-view mirror uses a completely different approach.

Instead of conventional mirror glass, the reflective surface is manufactured from polished stainless steel – engineered to withstand harsh impacts without shattering or fragmenting like glass.

Combined with a rugged housing and protective rubber surround, it is designed for demanding military environments where vibration, shock, weather and mechanical damage are part of everyday operation.

Sometimes, it is essential to be visible. Especially when the threat is hidden beneath the surface.

In naval mine countermeasure operations, paravan floats play an important role in the controlled deployment and positioning of mine-clearing equipment. Operating at sea means constant exposure to salt water, dynamic loads, impacts and demanding towing conditions.

That makes manufacturing quality critical.
