The entire project follows the principles of modern, sustainable, and user-friendly architecture, combining aesthetic refinement with high functionality.
The apartments are designed to be functional and spacious, with a focus on two and three room units. Large glass surfaces provide ample natural light, loggias offer private outdoor areas, and corner living rooms that further enhance the sense of space and openness.

This residential development comprises four distinct yet cohesive buildings, guided by a pragmatic design that utilizes articulated volumes and textured facades to soften their visual impact. By thoughtfully scaling the architecture, the project integrates seamlessly into its urban context. The design prioritizes high-quality communal areas including pedestrian zones, playgrounds, and lush green spaces with a clear separation between traffic and outdoor residential areas.

The interior of the house boasts a spacious double-height living room and dining room. The central space is intentionally dynamic, offering a different ambience compared to a simple rectangular central space. The first floor includes rooms and a master suite with a private exit to a roof terrace.

We designed a residential development for sale on the outskirts of Ljubljana with intentional decision to move away from the typical maximization of the buildable plot with generic twin houses. The results are two residential buildings that better integrate into the residential area and offer an above-average quality of living.

The architectural articulation of the building volumes consists of simple orthogonal slabs with symmetrical gable roofs, featuring roof inclinations that are coherent with the surrounding buildings. The aim of the architectural development was to incorporate natural materials, such as plastered facades and wooden shingle facades. Special attention was given to the articulation of the construction design, which is inherently simple and visible in the interior.

The renewed interior amplifies openness and connection, strengthening the relationship between the living areas and the central atrium. Carefully curated materials, textures, and tones introduce warmth and depth, while vibrant furniture elements provide moments of contrast and character. The result is a calm yet expressive environment, where the clarity of the original modernist concept unfolds through a distinctly contemporary lens.

In the heart of Slovenia, we designed a tourist complex with a clear aim to harmoniously blend new-build structures with the natural terrain and surrounding architecture, seamlessly integrating into the built environment. This development features premium accommodation options and a versatile event space. The steep slopes have been addressed through cascading terraces linked by lush, green embankments. Buildings are positioned at varying elevations to extend surrounding views. These embankments serve as scenic pathways and urban features, effortlessly bridging elevation changes.

The renovation project preserves the architectural heritage and key spatial qualities of the building while adapting it to the contemporary needs of employees. The new spatial concept includes a multi-purpose dining area as well as a space for occasional employee gatherings. A key aspect of the renovation involves the creation of varied ambiences, separated by acoustic partitions, the integration of tea kitchen elements into wall niches, and the arrangement of spaces for informal social interactions.

The renovation project of the basement dining area at Miklošičeva 19 in Ljubljana represents a modern intervention in a heritage-listed building. The building, known as the Palace of the Mutual Insurance Company, is one of the most significant examples of Jože Plečnik’s architecture in Ljubljana. The renovation project preserves the architectural heritage and key spatial qualities of the building while adapting it to the contemporary needs of employees.
