The project updates a traditional Gorenjska house while preserving its iconic gabled form. The weathered exterior is replaced with dark-stained timber cladding on the upper level, giving the house a more cohesive and contemporary look.
The ground floor is opened with larger windows and a new terrace, improving light and connection to the garden. The contrast between the dark timber above and light plaster below maintains the traditional character, while introducing a clean, modern expression.
