While optimizing the built-up area for Skyville to cater to multi-generational living, the architectural volume was broken up to feel like stacked villas elevated from the ground.

The Attic is akin to a clubhouse in the sky, with both the entertainment room and the gym opening out to a comfortable roof terrace that overlooks the canopy of the surrounding greenery.

While optimizing the built-up area for Skyville to cater to multi-generational living, the architectural volume was broken up to feel like stacked villas elevated from the ground.

The common bedrooms on the upper level is akin to an elevated villa perched in the sky, offering superior framed views of the canopy of greens both at the front and back of the building.

The ground level communal area at Skyville opens to the exterior along both lengths, including the shared party wall of the semi-detached dwelling - the detachment of the building volume allowed for a landscaped courtyard that brought light and ventilation to the living, powder room, and stairwell.

A tropical patio envelopes the communal ground level 'villa', which is also detached along the shared semi-detached party wall, enhancing the concept of a tropical villa.

Skyville is multi-generational home that calls for the need to optimize the built-up area, without feeling like a massive building. The first gesture was to break-up the architectural volume vertically and horizontally to feel like 3 layers of stacked villas elevated from the ground.

In 's first regional outpost in Kuala Lumpur .my, Guest are led into a curated journey through a lavish boutique of luxury goods.

After transiting through the entrance hallway, guests are ushered through a mirrored portal into the main gallery, where they get a breath-taking panoramic view of branded bags displayed fluidly across the entire perimeter of the gallery. 2 island cabinets contain displays of smaller accessories and also function as a counter to view the selected goods up close.
