Project: 2-Storey Landed House Full Renovation in Katong

Scope of works:
- metal works including erecting a new canopy in backyard
- masonry works including leveling and tiling of front porch, kitchen and 4 bathrooms , false ceiling, plastering, painting
- repairs of roof tiles
- full electrical rewiring & new aircon
- revarnishing of wooden doors and staircase
- new carpentry in kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms

Concept: this is a childhood house, one with memories, a soul, and we couldn’t move away from this heritage. Our design had to follow the very identify of the house. That’s why we installed beautiful traditional cabinets in the kitchen, using a water-resistant thermofoil finish from Oppolia. The upstairs common bathroom proved to be a challenge in terms of space - the diamond / corner sliding door shower screen was the perfect solution in this bathroom. And of course, everything is formaldehyde-free thanks to our E0 green panels.

Creating a walk-in wardrobe in a BTO flat is not that difficult. Getting it right with beautiful finishes, accessories, lighting and optimized storage - that requires some skills. BYE-BYE horrible laminate joints on shaker doors. With our thermofoil finish, shaker doors are seamless. Just look at these chamfered shelves, curved panels, it’s all just perfect. We are unboxing OPPEIN’s faucet, especially designed for laundry cabinets. Once you break the seal, you will realize this product is carefully packaged. It comes with a warranty card, as well as a quality control certification. You can install this faucet in your yard, or even on your kitchen island. The packaging is really good. We wanted to display our designer’s take, with a mix of green and brown and beige. The doors are realized in thermofoil, and the countertop is a sintered stone.
