Longbridge Café at Guoco Tower is more than just a café, it’s Longbridge’s “Investing + Lifestyle” concept, bringing specialty coffee, community, and investing together under one roof. ✨

And we’re proud to have played our part in bringing this space to life! 🛠️🎉

A big thank you to the Longbridge team for the trust and great collaboration throughout the build. From an empty space to a place where people can grab a coffee, meet, connect, and talk about investing. What a transformation! 🤝

So… who’s Quan Mei? 👀

We’re a commercial design & construction company that’s been building spaces since 1984 — from F&B and retail to offices, hospitality and showrooms.

But there’s more to us than just what happens on site. 🔨

From the first consultation, planning and coordination to construction, handover and aftercare, we’re involved throughout the journey — thinking about the details, solving the problems and making sure the space works IRL.

And while we build spaces, we also believe in building communities. ❤️ Through our community initiatives, we’ve supported local families, seniors and communities through volunteering, donations and repurposing efforts.

40+ years in, and we’re still building.

Spaces. Relationships. Communities.

That’s Quan Mei.

A pretty good corner to have your next meal, if you ask us. 👀🍽️
Good food, good views, and a space worth lingering in.

A space we’re proud to have brought to life with the team at Wild Honey, and always nice seeing it get this much love. Definitely a spot worth keeping an eye out for. 😍

The most requested corner at Wild Honey, a it’s easy to see why. Floor-to-ceiling windows, gorgeous natural light and a front-row seat to Orchard Road.

A little reminder that these seats get snapped up pretty quick. Be sure to make a reservation early.

Why do we love commercial design & build?

Because commercial spaces aren't just spaces.

They're where businesses operate, teams work, customers gather and experiences happen.

We love taking an empty unit and turning it into something purposeful — whether it's a busy café, a retail store, a productive office, a welcoming hotel or a space built around a brand.

We love the tight timelines.
The unexpected site challenges.
The coordination behind the scenes.
And especially, seeing everything come together before the doors open.

Because at the end of the day, we're not just building an interior.

We're building the place where business happens.
