Thank you for hosting us, Wasuka Art Gallery! This workshop was an absolute masterclass in purposeful employee engagement, and I could not be prouder of the Ted Concept International team.I want to give a massive shout-out and commendation to Eric Soh and Kenneth Tan. Their brilliant creativity and innovative thinking throughout the session were truly inspiring. Watching them lead the charge in transforming raw waste materials into beautiful, functional keepsakes perfectly embodies the forward-thinking mindset we champion at our company. As an SME, this program gave us invaluable, practical insights into how we can future-proof our operations. Seeing the "waste to wonder" circular process firsthand sparked incredible ideas for how we can repurpose production offcuts in our own carpentry work and metal production. It proved that with the right creative mindset, manufacturing waste can be re-engineered into valuable, sustainable products rather than just being discarded. This experience is absolute proof that when leadership and teams roll up their sleeves together, magic happens. It is hands-down one of the most rewarding, collaborative, and impactful team-building exercises we have ever done.I highly recommend this workshop to any corporate organization looking to break away from traditional corporate events. If you want a meaningful team-building experience that drives genuine connection, boosts morale, and inspires green innovation in your day-to-day work, this is it.Thank you to Wasuka Art Gallery and Plastic Tinkers for an unforgettable morning!
