This condo wasn’t the clients first renovation — so this time, they knew exactly what they wanted: practicality over fanciful designs. 🏠

No unnecessary features, no overcomplicating things. Just quality workmanship, useful storage and spaces that work for everyday living.

That’s also why they chose to work directly with us instead of going through an ID — cutting out the middleman cost and communicating directly with the people handling the works.

Were there hiccups along the way? Yes — renovation is rarely 100% hiccup-free. What matters is how quickly they’re resolved. With our own local carpentry workshop in Singapore, we were able to rectify and settle the issues within days instead of letting them drag on.

Instead of me telling you how good we are, I rather let our completed works speak for themselves.

Here's the project upon completing
For us, it’s not just about making something look nice in a 3D drawing.
What matters is whether we can actually build it properly and turn the idea into the finished product that is feasible and works for you the best.

We have our own local carpentry workshop here in Singapore, and carpentry has been our trade since 1989.

And because I personally manage the projects, from the discussion and planning to the actual site works and handover, there is someone accountable throughout the whole renovation.

Of course, no renovation is going to be completely problem-free. What matters is when something happens, we don't disappear (as we are already here for 38years!)..

Call us for a non obligation quote to your renovation today!

When should you come directly to us?

When you want to deal directly with the person managing your project — not a salesperson who may overpromise just to close the deal.

When you want faster, direct decisions. I can make the decisions myself without having to go through another party and wait for messages to go back and forth.

When you already have an idea of what you want and just need an experienced team to turn those ideas into reality.

When you want one main point of contact instead of having to coordinate and micromanage multiple contractors yourself.

When you prefer carpentry done in-house. We have our own local carpentry workshop right here in Singapore.

When experience matters to you. We’ve been in this trade since 1989. More than three decades of experience means we understand the work, the coordination, and how to get things done properly.

Direct Contractor/Carpenter or ID Firm? 🤔
I often see this question being discussed in renovation group chats — “Should I go with a direct contractor or an ID firm?”
Instead of just telling you why you should choose one over the other, I thought I’d share a real project with you.
For this home, our client decided to engage us directly, and over the next few videos, I’ll be sharing the renovation process, what was included, and how everything came together.
💰 Total renovation: around $64K
This includes: • Self-levelling screeding
• Demolition & hacking works
• Tiling & vinyl flooring
• Foam flooring protection
• Partition walls & box-ups
• Carpentry works with BLUM drawer and hinges
• Electrical works
• Plumbing works
• Full-height glass doors for the kitchen & study
• Toilet louvred doors
• Post reno cleaning

At the end of the series, you can decide for yourself — Direct Contractor or ID?
Follow along as we bring this home from site works to completion. 🏠🔨

The bespoke transformation of a 2-Room Flexi space is showcased here.
Kitchen cabinetry was custom-designed to match the owner's daily habits.
A specially crafted laminated pink louvred bi fold door for bomb shelter brings visual harmony to the space. The renovation is completed with a custom altar, featuring subtle openings that allow incense to be used without disrupting the design aesthetic.

Big congratulations once again to our Grand Prize Winner Ajeek Syasya from our Anniversary Giveaway! 🎉

Although the wardrobe design didn’t fully utilize the $2,800 prize value, we made sure they still enjoyed the full experience—by adding a complimentary sensor lighting upgrade inside the wardrobe. ✨
And also added additional niche at the side of the bed where she can keep her phone charged or put a bedtime story book!
A little extra touch to make their space even more functional and special.

This design and colour combination was chosen by the young girl of the room—and we love how bold and expressive it turned out! What do you think?

Kids these days really have their own style and ideas… and honestly, we’re impressed! 💭
