We are a BCA registered contractor with the highest L6 grading for both Electrical Engineering and Integrated Building Services workheads. Specialising in both mechanical and electrical installation and project management, we are experienced in carrying out fast-paced addition/alteration and renovation projects as well as new developments for commerical, industrial, residential and healthcare projects. Granted the 2010 SME Growth Excellence Recognition Award in 2010, we are an established firm certified with ISO 9001, OHSAS 14001, OHSAS 18001 and bizSafe accreditations.

Celebrating a Milestone in HR Excellence

We are proud to share that our Director, Mrs Sarah Tham, has been conferred the IHRP Master Professional (IHRP-MP) certification by the Institute for Human Resource Professionals.

As an SME in Singapore's built environment sector, this recognition is especially meaningful to us. It is an honour and a reminder of the tremendous potential for SMEs to elevate their people practices and contribute meaningfully to the wider HR profession.

At DLE, we have always believed that our people are at the heart of our business. Over the years, we have continued to invest in workforce development, progressive employment practices and building a workplace where our people can grow and thrive.

Wellness Day 2026 at DLE M&E 🌿

We had our Wellness Day 2026, organised together with Kelvyn Choo from Excelsior Financial, representing Great Eastern Singapore and Great Eastern Financial Advisers (GEFA), giving our colleagues a convenient way to take part in health screening right here at the workplace.

Besides the health screening, we also had several vendors joining us with a mix of wellness products, services and (of course) snacks:
- ATA Medical Singapore – On-site health screening
- ASPINE® Wellness – Posture and spinal wellness
- COME HERE TCM Clinic – Traditional Chinese Medicine and wellness service
- Xiin Tea – Natural wellness teas with no added sugar and zero caffeine
- Auntie Jenn – Healthy freeze-dried fruit and vegetable chips
- Uncle Leon – Mala, truffle and salted egg snacks, including crab sticks, fish skins and potato chips
- Lulu Tabitha – Perfume and diffuser oils

It was nice to see everyone dropping by throughout the day — whether for their health screening, to check out the different booths, or simply to pick up some snacks.
And since Wellness Day falls on the Mid-Autumn Festival this year, we couldn't leave out the mooncakes! 🥮🌕

DLE M&E Pte Ltd is proud to celebrate the achievements of two SGIS scholars at the Singapore-Industry Scholarship (SGIS) Award Ceremony 2026.

Both scholars are currently undertaking their Integrated Work Study Programme (IWSP) with DLE M&E Pte Ltd, where they are gaining valuable hands-on industry experience while applying their academic knowledge to real-world engineering projects.

At DLE, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of engineering professionals by providing meaningful industry exposure, mentorship, and opportunities to bridge classroom learning with practical application. Investing in young talent is an investment in the future of our industry, and we are proud to support them on their professional journey.

On 6 June, our team had the privilege of visiting Epworth HomeSweetHome for our Inspire Young Engineer Programme.

Through hands-on Electrical System Experiment Kit activities, the boys explored basic electrical concepts by building simple circuits and learning how electricity works in a fun and interactive way. The session encouraged them to think critically, ask questions, and discover the practical applications of science and engineering.

By combining hands-on learning with real-world insights, we hope to spark curiosity, ignite a passion for Science, and inspire the next generation of young innovators.

A heartfelt thank you to Epworth Community Services for welcoming us and giving us the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. We look forward to continuing to inspire young minds and building a brighter future together.

What an amazing afternoon and evening spent together with our DLE family at this year’s DLE Family Fit & Fun Day 2026 at HomeTeamNS @ Bedok Reservoir!

From exciting activities at Action Motion & Aqua Adventure, fun-filled Kids Gymnastics for the little ones, to a wonderful dinner gathering at ManCaves— it was truly a day filled with laughter, bonding, and unforgettable memories.

A big congratulations to all our lucky draw winners!
Every staff member walked away with a lucky draw prize, with our Top 10 finalists advancing to the final grand draw. Thank you everyone for your enthusiastic participation and support!

Nothing is more meaningful than seeing our colleagues and families come together to create such joyful moments.

Today, we are excited to welcome 14 interns from Singapore Institute of Technology to our company — 13 under the IWSP programme and 1 under the SGIS-required internship. This marks the largest intake of interns in our company so far.

At DLE, we are committed to grooming young talent and building a strong core of local Singaporean professionals, while developing local M&E expertise for Singapore’s built environment.

During this morning’s orientation, we introduced our company’s mission, vision and core values, and shared the types of projects the interns will be involved in. For the interns who joined the design and drafting department also had the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to real digitalisation practices such as BIM and 3D point cloud technologies, learning how these tools are applied in project development.

Our department heads also shared insights into their respective roles and daily operations, giving the interns a better understanding of how our teams work together.

Welcome to the DLE family. We hope this journey will be a meaningful and enriching start to your careers, and we look forward to growing together while contributing to Singapore’s built environment.
