What began almost by chance has, over the years, become a continuing exploration of what architecture can be and what it can mean.
The questions have gradually moved beyond buildings themselves.
How can architecture belong to its place?
How can nature become more than something we look at, but something we live with? And how can the spaces we create speak to something deeper in the human being?
Along this journey came the reflection of architecture as an “environmental being”, an architecture that lives with nature, responds to its surroundings, and continues to evolve with those who inhabit it.
Today, as AI begins to transform the way architecture is imagined and created, these questions perhaps become even more important.
If technology can increasingly generate form and solve problems, what remains uniquely human in architecture?
Perhaps it lies in our capacity to observe, to feel, to care, and to sense what a place is asking for. In creating not simply buildings, but environments that have meaning and life.
The future of architecture may therefore be as much about advancing technology as it is about deepening our understanding of what it means to be human.
The search continues.
