“The ODOM design was conceived from rethinking what a skyscraper could and should be in Phnom Penh. We imagined the city streetscape arranged vertically, interspersed with delightful common spaces that set the foundation for community growth,” said Khai, founder of Kite Studio Architecture.
Founded in 2011, Kite Studio, known for designing residential homes, restorations, resorts, and high-rises, collaborated with ULS on the ODOM project, contributing to a prominent skyline in Phnom Penh. Khai, recognized as one of Singapore’s top 20 architects under 45, developed the "urban nodes" concept, which laid the groundwork for the "Sky Villages."
