This month, we are celebrating BLINKer anniversaries across our Bangkok and Singapore studios.

Congratulations to Amy, Senior Designer, on five years with BLINK.

Celebrating four years of The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong.

Set along Hong Kong’s Southside, the resort draws on Aberdeen’s maritime history, ocean views and tropical landscape to create a warm, elegant escape from the pace of the city.

From the light-filled lobby to the sea-facing suites, the design brings together seaside charm, layered detail and a spirit of voyage, creating a resort experience that feels unmistakably Hong Kong.

Thank you to The Fullerton team and the owners for welcoming BLINK on this journey. Four years on, it is a pleasure to see the hotel continue to resonate with guests.

"During my time at Blink, I have been privileged to travel, visiting and learning about various places and cultures. My six-year tenure at our Singapore office, in particular, provided a significant opportunity for growth, shaping me both as a person and as a designer."

We are proud to celebrate Ying’s 16th anniversary with BLINK.

Reflecting on his time with the studio, Ying shared how meaningful it has been to see BLINK grow through each milestone over the years.

“Looking back, I’ve learned so much throughout the journey - not only through the work itself, but also from collaborating with talented peers and consultants, and having opportunities to see the world through design exposure and different experiences.

One of the most rewarding parts has been seeing projects that I’ve cared deeply about receive prestigious awards.

We started as a small firm and gradually built our portfolio over time, and seeing that progress has become a motivation to keep growing and continue building on what comes next."

This month, we are delighted to celebrate eleven BLINKer anniversaries.

Congratulations to Ying, Director, on an extraordinary sixteen years with BLINK. We also celebrate Book, Lead Architect, on fourteen years, and Safe, Lead Designer, on twelve years with the team.

We’re also proud to recognise Steve, Head of Business Development, on eight years; Huijin, Senior FF&E Designer, on three years; and Little, Admin Executive, marking two years with BLINK.

Congratulations also to Clarissa, Designer; Agnieszka, Senior Designer; William, Business Development Director; Arty, Senior Designer; and Nat, Senior Designer, as they each celebrate their first year with the team.

Designing within a legendary hotel demands more than a sensitive eye. It requires trust, collaboration, and a shared understanding of what to preserve, refine and reimagine.

Opened in 1912, Hôtel Barrière Le Normandy is one of Deauville’s storied coastal icons, shaped by artists, writers, designers and generations of guests.

For the spa renovation, we worked closely with Barrière and Guerlain to set a design direction that honours the hotel’s heritage while introducing a new wellness experience for today.

The inspiration is French-focused without leaning into cliché, bringing together the character of Le Normandy and the world of Guerlain through a calm, elegant and carefully layered design language.

We will be sharing a deeper look into this project and how creative collaboration set the stage for an exciting new chapter at Le Normandy.

A big congratulations to Khaidow, Associate Director – HR Business Partner, on eight years with BLINK, and to Jennifer, Business Development, and Gavin, Associate Design Director, on five years.

To Jom, Associate Design Director, congratulations on your third anniversary with BLINK. To Gyp, Designer, and Chye Yean, Senior Design Manager, congratulations on two years.
