This month, we’re celebrating 11 BLINKers across our Bangkok and Singapore studios, marking everything from 1 year to 13 years with the team.

Special congratulations to Aileen, who celebrates 13 years with BLINK, and Sean, who marks 5 years.

Also celebrating this month are Puu, Mild, Servina, Ploi, Ray, Kho, Nam, Rachelle and Meen.

Thank you for the ideas, energy, care and commitment you each bring to BLINK. Here’s to many more years of creating, learning and growing together.

Congratulations to Safe on his promotion to Head, Interior Design in our Bangkok studio.

One early defining moment came on a complex hospitality project where tight constraints meant the team had to rethink its approach to spatial storytelling. Working through that challenge together reinforced something Safe has carried with him since: the best creative solutions come from collective problem-solving and trust.

Over the years, he has learned that adaptability, narrative-driven design and open collaboration across multidisciplinary teams can turn good concepts into much stronger ones.

The kind of leader Safe wants to be is one who listens, removes obstacles for the team and helps create an environment where everyone can contribute.

Congratulations, Safe!

Congratulations to Nampet on his promotion to Head, Interior Design in our Bangkok studio.

For Nam, his journey into leadership has meant learning how to support a team, make decisions with confidence, communicate effectively with clients and, above all, lead with empathy.

He credits many of those lessons to the people around him. Clint and Nat have both challenged and inspired him professionally, while his mum, an agricultural lecturer and speaker, has been another important influence on how he thinks about communication, confidence and the kind of leader he wants to be.

Congratulations, Nam. We’re excited to see where you take the role next.

Meet the 12 BLINKers with over 80 years of BLINK experience between them.

Last month marked some very special milestones across our Bangkok, Singapore and Dubai studios.

In architecture, Kaew celebrated an incredible 19 years with BLINK and Pietro 13. In interior design, Jin reached 12 years, Marc six, Mhee three, and Je’taime and Alice both two.

In FF&E, Wenxin and Tin marked two years, while Cherry celebrated her first. Shane reached an amazing 16 years in visualisation, and Chloe celebrated three years with our corporate team.

Different disciplines, different studios and different journeys, all contributing to what BLINK is today. A huge thank you to every one of you for the ideas, care, craft and energy you bring to the studio.

Happy BLINK anniversary to you all.

“Storytelling is the heart of each and every project at BLINK.”
Vani, Senior FF&E Designer

With a background in fashion, spatial design and product design, Vani brings a natural eye for fabric, colour, texture and detail to her work in hospitality interiors.

When asked what feeling she would want guests to remember from a space she helped shape, Vani’s answer is simple. Excitement.

Not necessarily from something grand or obvious, but from a small moment that catches the eye or stays in the memory.

This is Vani. This Is Us.

Making time to recognise the people behind the work.

Our annual BLINKers party is a chance for our teams to come together and enjoy the connections that make studio life so special.

After a year of hard work, creativity and commitment across our studios, it felt good to share a little time away from desks and meetings to celebrate everything our BLINKers continue to bring to the journey.

This Is Us.

Celebrating four years of The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong.

Set along Hong Kong’s Southside, the resort draws on Aberdeen’s maritime history, ocean views and tropical landscape to create a warm, elegant escape from the pace of the city.

From the light-filled lobby to the sea-facing suites, the design brings together seaside charm, layered detail and a spirit of voyage, creating a resort experience that feels unmistakably Hong Kong.

Thank you to The Fullerton team and the owners for welcoming BLINK on this journey. Four years on, it is a pleasure to see the hotel continue to resonate with guests.

Good design can be admired. Memorable design stays with you.

For Clint, that means creating places with feeling, purpose and a genuine sense of belonging. Spaces shaped to be beautiful, thoughtful and lasting.
