ACME Equipment provides training for every machine we stock, on-site at construction projects or at our workshop.

Our technicians provide client staff with detailed demonstrations on machine operation, safety regulations, and standard maintenance, ensuring the staff on-site are well prepared to handle the equipment safely. Proper maintenance of the machine also reduces the chance of premature wear-and-tear due to misuse, thus it is important that staff handling the machine are aware of the upkeep procedures.

Every machine purchase comes packaged with a training session free of charge. We are open to discuss terms for further training if the initial session is not sufficient, ACME Equipment is happy to provide after-sales support for all our clients to the best of our ability.

ACME Equipment provides on-site servicing and repair works to ensure your projects are fully supported. Our clients enjoy access to our technicians’ expertise right at their job site regarding proper upkeep and maintenance of machines purchased from us.

We recently provided a local client with servicing for their Air-driven ChemGrout CG550P, a combined mixer and grout system used for their Residential Condominium Project. This 552-unit project features three high-rise towers, and due to the high volume of materials processed per day, it is necessary for our client that the machines on site function as required.

On site, our technician will access the machine, then perform servicing and repairs as necessary. If possible, they will also provide advice on how to better maintain the machine to reduce the wear and tear to the internal parts.

ACME Equipment was recently approached by a material supplier to test the compatibility of their product with a popular pump that we stock, the MAI 2Pump Pictor. The Pictor pump has been used at local HDB at condominium project sites for bottom-up grouting, and has been proved capable of spraying different types of materials, from insulation material to waterproofing.

The Laticrete material provided to us is an all-purpose cement sand blend, pre-mixed and ready for use. It is also compatible with the Laticrete Admix material, preventing moist during the curing process. We performed a material test with the MAI 2Pump Pictor and were able to mix and pump the material successfully.

This material is suitable for floor screeding and grouting, and is fully compatible with the MAI 2Pump Pictor. If you would like to schedule a material test or source this pump for your own projects, reach out to us by our communication channels below.

The ChemGrout CG050 is an air-powered grout pump designed for light use at construction sites where electricity is unavailable. It is capable of handling high-viscosity slurry and standard pre-mixed grouts, with a delivery rate of up to 19 LPM. It requires 400L/min or 100PSI of air pressure to function, and is efficient for smaller-scale grouting applications.

Thanks to its portability, we were recently able to provide an overseas client with a unit. The CG050 and accessories were packaged as air cargo, which the client came to collect personally.

ACME Equipment recently supplied an overseas client with a unit of the MortarMaster VSE500, a combined mixer and conveying pump, used commonly for long-distance material conveying and large-scale floor screeding. It effectively conveys materials upwards or underground, which makes it suitable for construction projects where the work site is difficult for workers to reach.

Recently, ACME Equipment supplied a unit of ChemGrout’s CG500E to a client in Asia.

The CG500 is a skid-mounted mixing system that processes materials at high volume suitable for projects ranging from grouting tunnels, shafts, and dams, to rock grouting and piling encasements. This machine can be supplied with multiple power options, including air, hydraulic, and hydraulic hybrids – we provided the client with an electric/hydraulic model.

The MAI Pictor pump is a versatile, lightweight pump for grouting, spraying and other common industrial works. Due to its small size and single phase electrical requirement, it is favored for cramped projects like apartments, and has been used in the construction of HDBs across Singapore. A spraygun attachment is available for this pump, allowing for it to be used for waterproofing and other wall treatment works.

We recently ran a spray trial for a client using KUL Thermapaste, a thick and sticky insulation paste for wall coating. While the Pictor pump is commonly used to handle concrete slurries for grouting, epoxy, resin and acrylic are common materials for waterproofing works; it is capable of pumping a range of different consistencies. However, please take note that the cleaning process between these materials differs.
