NEW BUILD – DUNBAR WALK 🏡

Another completed new-build project by Kang Sheng Engineering.

The original 2-storey semi-detached house was fully demolished and rebuilt as a 2.5-storey home, designed to maximise space, comfort and long-term flexibility.

The first floor maintains an impressive 3.5m ceiling height even after the false ceiling, creating a spacious and airy living environment.

A key feature of the design is the independent access arrangement for each storey. A separate entrance from the side yard provides direct access to the upper levels, allowing each floor to function more independently while remaining part of one home.

A thoughtfully planned new build combining generous ceiling heights, efficient use of space and flexibility for different family needs over time.

The moment tiles are laid, we cover them. Replacing one damaged tile means hacking it out, redoing the waterproofing underneath and matching the lines again, far more than a quick swap. Doing it right the first time is cheaper, cleaner, more efficient and better for the workmanship.

A wall can feel perfectly smooth to the hand and still hide minor imperfections. Shine a torch across it at an angle, and they show. We find them, patch and sand them down, and only then paint. Caught before the paint goes on.
