Mount Alvernia Hospital's newly renovated wards get a fresh new look by Sunray, with clean details, warm finishes and a calmer feel all around.

Our second Sunray Brothers Out & About event brought us to the Singapore Discovery Centre earlier today.

We kicked off the morning with a series of hilarious games organised by the SDC team, with plenty of laughs and friendly competition. Our brothers also had the afternoon to explore the exhibitions and discover more about Singapore.

For many of us, an outing like this may feel like just another Sunday. But for our brothers working away from home, these simple moments can mean a little more, a chance to step away from the usual routine, experience something new and enjoy Singapore beyond the workplace. We hope to encourage our brothers to make the most of their days off, explore the country, meet people, learn new things and create meaningful memories along the way.

At Sunray, we believe our brothers and staff should have the chance to enjoy their time here beyond just work. We’ll continue creating more opportunities for everyone to explore and simply live a little. Thank you to Migrant Workers' Centre for organizing this with us.

One of the weekends, Sunray held one of our event and we took it to Jumping Singapore for a trampoline HIIT session. It was pretty intense and a lil chaotic, but def a fun way to work out!

Jumping Singapore is a social enterprise by New Hope Community Services, with proceeds supporting programmes for people and families in need. So it’s a win-win all around, getting fit, having fun and doing some good at the same time. So we’ll happily jump for that! 🤪

A meaningful morning out with our brothers and subcontractor brothers! We spent the morning at the Harmony in Diversity Gallery, learning about the different religions and cultures that make Singapore so uniquely us. More importantly, it was a chance to better understand our differences, see things from one another’s perspectives and learn why mutual respect matters.

We may come from different cultures, practise different religions and call different places home, but empathy, understanding and respect bring us closer together. Thank you and for having us and making this a meaningful morning for our Sunrayian brothers!

Our National Day celebration at HQ looked a little different this year.

We had our first-ever Sunray Toy Buffet, with brand new and pre-loved toys up for grabs. One simple rule: contribute an amount and take as many as you like. Together with our subcontractors and subsidiaries, our Sunrayians raised close to $4,000 in just 1.5 hours, supporting Ray of Hope campaigns and Kayson, a 12-year-old boy undergoing liver treatment.

High tea was also served by youths on the autism spectrum from Kopi Teh Makan, an initiative by Ray of Hope and The Green And Purple Movement, giving them a space to interact, build confidence and put their skills into practice.

A big thank you to Ray of Hope and The Green & Purple Movement for joining us and making the celebration even more meaningful.

We love trying new things at Sunray, but it always comes back to bringing people together, sharing some joy and doing good along the way.

Chinatown just got a new roommate! We delivered the A&A works for Lyf Chinatown Singapore, giving this heritage building a whole new lease of life.

Three months ago, some of us couldn't even serve a pickleball.

When Allkin Singapore launched their very first Rally for Good Charity Pickleball Match, 13 Sunrayians stepped up, many of them complete beginners. From April onwards, the team met every week after work to practice, learn, and most importantly, enjoy the journey together.

This weekend, we sent two teams into the competition with no expectations, simply hoping to have fun and support a good cause. To our surprise, one of our teams battled through four rounds and finished in the Top 8 out of 28 teams. More than the result, we're proud of the journey. Watching colleagues encourage one another, improve week after week, and step out of their comfort zones made the experience truly memorable.

Sunray was honoured to support this meaningful initiative as one of the event's sponsors. Giving back to the community has always been close to our hearts, and we're grateful to have contributed while sharing this unforgettable experience with our teammates and fellow participants.

A huge thank you to Allkin Singapore for organizing such a meaningful event, to our 13 players for their commitment over the past three months, and to everyone who came down to support us.
