Good design isnโt measured by how much you add to a home, but by how much you make possible within it.
This Parc Botannia residence brings together living, working, storage and display within a cohesive interior, making purposeful use of the available space without allowing functionality to overwhelm the design.
Carpentry plays a defining role throughout, creating extensive storage while incorporating dedicated spaces for display and everyday needs. Deeper finishes and layered lighting bring warmth and depth to the living space, while the adjoining kitchen continues the cohesive design with streamlined cabinetry and a distinctive countertop and backsplash that create a strong visual focal point.
This considered use of space continues beyond the main communal areas, with full-height cabinetry turning the walkway into valuable additional storage while a mirrored surface adds visual depth. In the bedroom, work, rest, storage and display are brought together through a dedicated workstation, concealed storage, open display and illuminated glass cabinetry, allowing multiple functions to coexist comfortably within the room. Throughout the home, personal collections are given their own place within the design, adding individuality without disrupting the overall composition. This attention to character carries through to the bathroom, where understated finishes and a softly illuminated mirror form the backdrop for an intricately patterned basin that immediately draws the eye.
The result is a home where functionality, character and personal expression come together, with every space considered as part of the bigger picture.
