Celebrating Singapore’s National Day at DLM Pte Ltd!

DLM Pte Ltd was honoured to attend a luncheon with Minister for Manpower Dr Tan See Leng at the St Andrew’s Migrant Worker Medical Centre (SAMWMC), together with other donors and the dedicated team from St Andrew’s Mission Hospital.
Since opening in November 2021, SAMWMC has provided thousands of migrant workers from the construction, marine shipyard and process sectors with access to essential healthcare services. Its work plays a vital role in improving workers’ health and well-being while ensuring they receive the care, respect and dignity they deserve.
As an organisation operating within the construction industry, DLM deeply appreciates the invaluable contributions of our migrant workers. We are proud to support initiatives that safeguard their welfare and strengthen the healthcare ecosystem serving this important community.

DLM revamped the website’s UI and UX while improving search optimisation and performance management by building in-house capabilities under the NACE Workplace Learning funding support scheme.
This learning intervention was conducted under the guidance of Mr Azhar Katib, a Workplace Learning Consultant appointed by the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore. Mr Katib is also a Director of Websell Solutions Pte Ltd, a boutique agency supporting the online presence of Singapore SMEs.
We are grateful to our website team and the management who provided valuable feedback. This has been a meaningful learning journey for our staff as we develop the capability to manage our own website, and we remain committed to continuous improvement.
