Introducing Blue Label Tavern:

Opening directly [email protected], the restaurant brings the familiar character of Blue Label Pizza & W**e into the city. More open, visible and urban than its predecessors, it draws the energy of the street inside through neon, stainless steel, warm timber, terracotta and bold graphics.

This is our third Blue Label restaurant and the sixth restaurant we have designed with Travis Masiero and his team. The plan centres on an island bar, surrounded by high tables, communal seating, benches and banquettes.

Now open at 61 Stamford Road—go check it out. 📍

We are happy to announce the opening of our latest restaurant project: Blue Label Tavern, the third location in Singapore and our 6th restaurant design with Travis Masiero. Located at the newly transformed Stamford Place, 61 Stamford Road, the restaurant is an informal, high energy venue. If you’re in the neighborhood, drop by! We handle every material before it enters a space.

Visiting suppliers, reviewing finishes at full scale, painting actual elements by hand, testing textures under different light, and bringing materials on site to see how they truly live within the room. It is all part of the process.

Because the real decisions are rarely made from a catalogue. They happen through touch, trial, conversation, and being deeply involved in the making of a space from beginning to end.

The dining and seating area should tell you something about the offering before you have tasted it.

Not through decoration but through the character of the room and how the room feels to sit in. A place built around a wood fire should feel warm and a little raw. A precision tasting menu should feel considered and still. When the room and the food and beverage offerings feel like they come from the same place, everything just works; and guests can feel the difference.
