Great hosting a team from the Housing Development Board (HDB) at Taisei-China State Joint Venture’s tunnel site of Singapore’s LTA contract P103 for the Riviera MRT Station and bored tunnel project on 25 September 2026. 🚇
It was especially meaningful to welcome this team that has been supporting key national projects, including the Aviation Park Staging Ground, and to share firsthand how the CRL-Punggol Extension tunnels are taking shape beneath Punggol.
Beyond station construction and tunnelling progress, the visit was a good opportunity to highlight the sheer scale of earth generated from TBM operations.
A big thank you to the project team for hosting the visit and to HDB for their close collaboration over the years. Delivering major infrastructure is truly a team effort, and the visit was a great reminder of the many agencies working together behind the scenes to make it happen.
And of course, the buggy ride through the tunnels proved to be a lot more popular than a traditional site walk! 😄

🎉🏆🎉 On October 1st , Great Resources M&E Contractor Pte Ltd, under CSCEC Singapore, was named a Top 3 Prefab MEP Modules Producer at Prefab MEP Day 2026, marking the second consecutive year the company has received this industry recognition.

Following its first award in 2025, the recognition reflects the company’s growing expertise and capabilities in Prefab MEP, DfMA, digital design and off-site manufacturing.

Great Resources M&E Contractor will continue to advance DfMA and digital construction technologies while strengthening its capabilities in standardized design, smart manufacturing and modular construction, contributing to the continued development of Singapore’s built environment.

🎉🏆🎉 On 25 September, the 2026 Housing & Development Board (HDB) Construction Awards were officially announced. Parc Flora @ Tengah, constructed by CSCEC Singapore, received the HDB Construction Award, while Toa Payoh Ridge received the HDB Certificate of Merit, Construction.
Both projects demonstrated strong construction management and project delivery, as well as continued efforts in green and smart construction. The recognition reflects the professionalism and strong delivery capabilities of our project teams and further strengthens our track record in Singapore’s public housing sector.

🎉🏆🎉 At the 2026 Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Awards Ceremony held on September 24th, CSCEC Singapore received nine awards in recognition of our strong commitment to workplace safety and health — eight Safety and Health Awards Recognition for Projects (SHARP Awards) and one WSH Performance (Silver) Award.

The eight award-winning projects are Keppel MRT Station & Tunnels, Cantonment MRT Station, HDB Bukit Batok N4 C24&25, HDB Bukit Merah C58, Bayshore HDB C2, Springleaf Residence, Bulim Square and Tuas Water Reclamation Plant C3A.

Let’s take a look at how digital technology is transforming Singapore’s built environment! Through the Whole-of-Government Virtual Inspection (WOG VI), 360° virtual site scans help streamline TOP inspections while maintaining rigorous safety and compliance standards. WOG Virtual Inspection does not remove the need for people on site, rather it allows physical inspections to be focused where on-site verification provides the greatest value. Most importantly, it enables people to make better decisions, EARLIER.
