A home unfolded in section – the double-volume atrium becomes the heart of the house.
Natural light filters through layers of space, connecting levels visually and spatially.
A quiet drama of volume and void, framed by structure and softened by flow.

Architecture as a quiet rhythm –
Curved lines and layered screens gently guide the eye, blurring boundaries between façade and interior. Each element is an invitation—to pause, to look closer, to feel at ease."

Encapsulating nature, House of Cascading Terraces is a new-built semi-detached expressing the flow, layers and textures through its curved form, cascading terraces and façade elements.

The design embraces a series of terracing curves, harmonizing the house within its urban context while creating a visually striking form. These curvatures extend into outdoor terraces on every floor, expanding the family’s living and entertainment spaces.

🏮New year, new space, new moments. 🏮
We’ve carefully curated this design to bring in light and openness, with light wood panels and full-height mirror that enlarges the space, creating the perfect backdrop for cherished moments.

As we gather with loved ones for today’s reunion dinner, may this new year bring harmony, joy, and endless memories shared around the table. 🧧🍊🍊
