Remember your first live brief? For a lot of our designers, it happened here.

Four years in, that's still the part we're proudest of. Designers early in their careers are working on real hotels with a senior mentor beside them, and some of those concepts are now being built.

The Junior Program now has three levels, from Junior Apprentice to Resident Designer. Each one opens up bigger projects, and you get there by delivering on time. A mentor reviews every proposal before any client sees it.

The owners’ old skis now light their dining table.

Sakshi turned them into a pendant as part of her winning design for Offtrack, a 150-year-old log house in Northern Norway. She kept the table, the birch trunk and the kitchen cabinets, added fold-down leaves for three more guests, and hid the fuse box behind a mirrored door. A mentor reviewed it before the owners saw it.

Every design student hears the same thing. Get experience first. It’s a closed loop, and most people wait it out. Our top four designers didn’t.

Trixia took a brief with no colour scheme and almost no detail.

Aisyah learned the major difference between a university project vs her first real client project right from the get go.

A real client. A real constraint. A real result.

Triple-A needed their Singapore office to handle their growing team, and the pantry had to do more of the work. The sink couldn't be moved, so Reine Jaber designed the room around it. One long counter, seating for about 30, brand colour in the tile.

Reine's brief came with a live client, a mentor reviewing every stage, and a deadline. That's how every project on the platform runs.

Every renovation brief has one thing that decides the rest of the room. For this office pantry, it was the sink.

Four designers, same brief, four different rooms.

Mentor-reviewed before the client saw any of them. Swipe for all four.



Triple-A’s Singapore office is expanding. The pantry had to grow with it. The plumbing was fixed, so the sink stayed put and every layout had to work around it.
