Strong teams are built through shared sweat. 🏋️

Our EMEA team came together in Paris for a HYROX training session and it said everything about who we are.

The format was simple: "you go, I go." Partner up, push through, don't stop. Burpees, cardio, strength work. No leaderboard, no rankings. Just teammates showing up for each other, calling out encouragement when legs were heavy and energy was low.

That's the thing about shared physical challenges. They strip away titles and comfort zones. What's left is character and ours showed up in full.

That kind of energy doesn't stay in the gym. It carries into how we work, how we support our clients, and how we show up for each other when things get hard in the field.

Les grandes équipes se construisent dans la sueur ! 🏋️

Notre équipe EMEA s'est retrouvée à Paris pour une session d'entraînement inspirée du HYROX et ça en dit long sur qui nous sommes.

Le principe était simple : "si tu y vas, j'y vais." S'associer, pousser, recommencer. Burpees, cardio, renforcement musculaire.
Pas de classement, pas de palmarès. Juste des coéquipiers qui se soutiennent, s'encouragent quand les jambes sont lourdes et l'énergie est au plus bas.

C'est ça la force des défis physiques collectifs. Ils effacent les titres et les zones de confort. Ce qui reste, c'est le caractère et le nôtre s'est révélé pleinement.

Cette énergie ne reste pas dans la salle de sport. Elle se retrouve dans notre façon de travailler, de soutenir nos clients et d'être là les uns pour les autres quand les choses se compliquent sur le terrain.

March in Motion: Across Hong Kong 🇭🇰 and Singapore 🇸🇬

March has been an exciting month for Novade across the region – connecting with industry leaders, sharing insights, and pushing conversations forward on safety and digital transformation.

In Hong Kong, at the APAC HSE Learning Summit, alongside our partner Spatial Technology Limited, discussions centred on moving beyond traditional safety practices:
✔ Addressing root causes, not just symptoms
✔ Shifting from lagging to leading indicators
✔ Embedding safety into culture through better data and insights

Over in Singapore, our session with The Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) brought together practitioners to unpack a key truth:
👉 Many “digitalised” sites are still operating in silos.
The focus is shifting – from reactive workflows to real-time, connected operations powered by data and AI.

Across both cities, one message was clear:
It’s not about more systems. It’s about smarter, connected ones.
