Ett av vÄra första projekt pÄ Mallorca.

Impremta Garden stod klart 2018 och Àr fortfarande ett av de bostadsprojekt vi Àr allra mest stolta över.

Tolv individuella hem skapades i en flera hundra Ă„r gammal byggnad i Palmas gamla stad.

VĂ„r utgĂ„ngspunkt var att bevara det som gav huset sin sjĂ€l – och lĂ„ta det möta en tydligt samtida interiör.

One of our first projects in Mallorca.

Impremta Garden was completed in 2018 and remains one of the residential projects we are most proud of.

Twelve individual homes were created within a centuries-old building in Palma’s old town.

Our starting point was to preserve what gave the building its soul – and let it meet a distinctly contemporary interior.

Ett nytt uppdrag och en ny marknad för Whyte Lilja.

PÄ Jersey har vi fÄtt förtroendet att ta ett nytt grepp om tvÄ fantastiska residences, bÄda om drygt 1 000 kvm.

Genom vĂ„ra projekt i Sverige, Mallorca och Marbella har vi byggt upp en gedigen erfarenhet av high-end residential – att skapa hem som kĂ€nns bespoke och personliga, men samtidigt kommersiellt relevanta för en krĂ€vande internationell mĂ„lgrupp.

Nu tar vi den erfarenheten till Jersey. Projektet leds av vÄr ansvariga arkitekt Lauren Foy, med bakgrund inom Londons prime residential market.

A new project and a new market for Whyte Lilja.

In Jersey, we have been entrusted with rethinking two exceptional residences, each with over 1,000 sqm in floor area.

Through our projects in Sweden, Mallorca and Marbella, we have built substantial experience in high-end residential design – creating homes that feel bespoke and personal, while remaining commercially relevant to a discerning international audience.

We are now bringing that experience to Jersey. The project is led by our lead architect Lauren Foy, whose background includes London’s prime residential market.

Two exceptional houses. A completely new market. We are very pleased to have been given the opportunity.

Konsten att skapa intimitet.

NÀr vi ritade Pontus Frithiof La Tour var en av de viktigaste idéerna att skapa en restaurang dÀr varje sÀllskap fÄr kÀnslan av sitt eget rum.

Tydliga rumsligheter, mjuka zoner och chambres sĂ©parĂ©es bryter ner skalan och skapar avskildhet – trots det spektakulĂ€ra lĂ€get högt över Stockholm.

The art of creating intimacy.

When we designed one of the most important ideas was to create a restaurant where every party feels as though it has a room of its own.

Smaller spatial zones, soft divisions, and private dining rooms break down the scale and create privacy – despite the spectacular setting high above Stockholm.

A restaurant where the architecture allows the food and conversation to take centre stage.

VÄrt hus fÄr nya Àgare. Och en ny dröm tar form.

Palma Townhouse stod klart 2021 – ett tre vĂ„ningar högt townhouse med privat takterrass och pool, utvecklat, designat och projekterat av Whyte Liljas Ă€gare Maria Whyte i samarbete med lokala arkitekten C+F Arquitectes.

Nu gÄr vi vidare med nya utvecklingsprojekt pÄ Mallorca, dÀr vi bygger vidare pÄ samma vision och principer.

Quiet luxury snarare Àn det spektakulÀra. Arkitektonisk enkelhet dÀr dagsljuset fÄr vara med och forma huset. Lokalt producerade material och platsbyggda snickerier. Kvalitet som sitter i proportioner, material och detaljer snarare Àn i det överflödiga.

MÄlet Àr detsamma: att skapa hem som kÀnns sjÀlvklara pÄ sin plats och som ger utrymme för ett avslappnat och autentiskt liv pÄ Mallorca.

Palma Townhouse was completed in 2021 – a three storey townhouse with private roof terrace and pool, developed, designed and planned by Whyte Lilja founder Maria Whyte in collaboration with local architect C+F Arquitectes.

Our house may have new owners, but the same vision and principles are shaping our new development projects in Mallorca.

Quiet luxury rather than the spectacular. Architectural simplicity where daylight helps shape the house. Locally produced materials and bespoke joinery. Quality found in proportions, materials and details, rather than excess.

The aim remains the same: to create homes that feel natural within their surroundings and grant space for a relaxed and authentic way of life in Mallorca.

Sammet, krom, speglar, pop art och mustiga kulörer möter Stockholms horisont.

Where La Tour is understated and intimate, we wanted to create its opposite – social, lively and a little rebellious.

Velvet, chrome, mirrors, pop art and rich colours meet the Stockholm skyline.

Torstenssonsgatan 12

PÄ Torstenssonsgatan 12 arbetar vi med den interiöra arkitekturen för en ny vindsvÄning om cirka 370 kvm, högst upp i ett stenhus frÄn 1889.

HÀr börjar vÄr design i huset sjÀlvt. Fasadernas ornamentik, proportioner och fÀrgskala har fÄtt inspirera allt frÄn material och mönster till snickerier och detaljer.

Ambitionen Ă€r inte att Ă„terskapa 1800-talet, utan att översĂ€tta dess arkitektoniska kvaliteter till vĂ„r tid – och skapa en ny interiör som kĂ€nns samtida, men sjĂ€lvklar i huset den tillhör.

At Torstenssonsgatan 12, we are working on the interior architecture for a new apartment spanning approximately 370 sqm across the penthouse of the heritage stone building dating from 1889.

Here, our design begins with the building itself. The ornamentation, proportions and colour palette of the façade have inspired everything from materials and patterns, to joinery and details.

The ambition is not to recreate the nineteenth century, but to translate its architectural language into our own time – creating a new interior that feels contemporary, yet entirely at home within the building that houses it.
