امتد نطاق العمل في مشروع كلية الهندسة إلى ما هو أبعد من المبنى نفسه.
على مساحة تتجاوز 40,000 م²، شملت أعمال الموقع العام تنفيذ الشبكات والبنية التحتية، والمواقف، وأعمال الزراعة وتنسيق الموقع، بالإضافة إلى الربط مع شبكات المياه والكهرباء العامة داخل الجامعة.
من المبنى وأنظمته الداخلية إلى محيطه وبنيته التحتية، اكتملت عناصر المشروع ضمن رؤية تنفيذية متكاملة تهتم بالتفاصيل وتربط جميع مكونات الموقع بكفاءة.
The scope of the College of Engineering project extended far beyond the building itself.
Across more than 40,000 m², site development works included infrastructure networks, parking areas, landscaping, and connections to the university’s main water and electrical networks.
From the building and its internal systems to the surrounding infrastructure, every component came together through an integrated ex*****on approach focused on coordination, functionality, and attention to detail.

ضمن مباني كلية الهندسة، نُفذت الأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية المتكاملة بما يدعم مستويات عالية من الكفاءة التشغيلية. كما زُوّد المبنى بأنظمة إدارة ذكية لمراقبة الأنظمة المتكاملة والتحكم بها، بما يشمل التكييف، ومكافحة الحريق، وأنظمة التيار الخفيف، وشبكات الحماية، والغاز، والطاقة وغيرها، بما يعزز كفاءة التشغيل واستدامة المبنى
كما جرى تنسيق جميع المعدات الموجودة على سطح المبنى بدقة، بما يضمن سهولة أعمال التشغيل والصيانة دون التأثير على سير العملية التعليمية داخل المبنى

A building’s quality is defined not only by what can be seen, but also by how efficiently its systems operate behind the scenes.
The College of Engineering incorporates fully integrated electromechanical systems designed to support high levels of operational efficiency. The building is also equipped with intelligent management systems that monitor and control its integrated systems, including HVAC, firefighting, low-current systems, security networks, LPG, power, and more, enhancing operational efficiency and the building’s long-term sustainability.
In addition, all rooftop equipment was carefully coordinated to facilitate efficient operation and maintenance without disrupting the educational activities within the building.

في جامعة الحدود الشمالية بعرعر، نُفذت أعمال إنشاء مباني كلية الهندسة ضمن مشروع متكامل يمتد على مساحة مبنية تبلغ 45,000 متر مربع.
يتكون المبنى من ثلاثة أدوار كاملة التشطيب، نُفذت وفق منظومة عمل متكاملة تجمع بين الأعمال الإنشائية والمعمارية والهندسية والأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية، مع تنسيق دقيق بين مختلف التخصصات لضمان جودة التنفيذ وكفاءته.
بدءًا من الهيكل الإنشائي ووصولًا إلى أدق تفاصيل التشطيب والأنظمة المتكاملة داخل المبنى، تحولت المخططات الهندسية إلى بيئة أكاديمية متكاملة صُممت لتلبية احتياجات الجامعة بكفاءة تشغيلية عالية.
At Northern Border University in Arar, the College of Engineering project was delivered across a 45,000 sqm built-up area.
The building comprises three fully finished floors, delivered through an integrated approach combining structural, architectural, engineering, and electromechanical works, with careful coordination across disciplines to ensure quality and ex*****on efficiency.
From the structural framework to the finest finishing details and integrated building systems, the project transformed engineering plans into a fully integrated academic environment designed to serve the university with high operational efficiency.
