Фрагмент фасада позволяет рассмотреть архитектуру в деталях — ритм вертикальных элементов, глубину проёмов и сочетание различных фактур.
Завершающий, повышенный этаж решён с использованием структурного остекления, формирующего цельную стеклянную плоскость и визуально облегчающего верхнюю часть здания. Его высоту и масштаб подчёркивают вертикальные металлические ламели, которые задают выразительный ритм и становятся акцентом силуэта.
В отделке сочетаются светлые каменные плоскости с фактурой натурального камня и тёмные матовые металлические панели. Контраст материалов подчёркивает геометрию фасада, а чередование вертикальных и горизонтальных элементов формирует глубину и графичность фасадного решения.

The facade fragment allows the architecture to be examined in detail from the rhythm of the vertical elements and the depth of the openings to the interplay of different textures and materials.
The final elevated floor is designed with structural glazing, creating a continuous glass surface and visually lightening the upper part of the building. Its height and scale are emphasized by vertical metal fins, which establish a distinct rhythm and become a key accent of the building’s silhouette.
The facade combines light stone surfaces with the texture of natural stone and dark matte matal panels. The contrast between the materials accentuates the geometry of the faсade, while the interplay of vertical and horizontal elements creates depth and a strong graphic character.
