The scan-to-BIM process involves converting laser scan data (point clouds) into detailed 3D BIM models.
✔ Here is an example of a medical center that we helped with the creation of a 3D (LOD 200) IFC and Revit model. This model will provide the final client with valuable information for facility management and future interventions on their construction.

No doubt that a great 3D as-built model starts with a good scanning equipment and well established control points, but on the other hand, without a well informed and experienced modeling team you won't get the information you need from that data.
