Ne bucurăm să vă spunem că am fost implicați în realizarea investiției Elitagro SRL, de la primele idei și până la finalizarea execuției. Echipa Regioconsult a asigurat managementul de proiect pe parcursul pregătirii și implementării investiției, derulată prin Planul Național Strategic (PNS).

Rezultatul vorbește de la sine: la Cernat a fost finalizat cel mai mare complex de depozitare și condiționare a legumelor din regiune. 🌱

Un proiect cultural important a ajuns la un moment de referință.

Ieri, 30 august, s-a deschis MuTRA – Galeria Istorică a Transilvaniei, un proiect realizat cu finanțare prin PNRR, al cărui management de proiect a fost asigurat de RegioConsult.

În aproximativ un an, am ajuns de la pregătirea terenului la momentul în care obiectivul, cu o suprafață de peste 10.000 m², și-a putut deschide porțile. Deși anumite lucrări continuă, cerințele asumate prin PNRR au fost îndeplinite, astfel încât deschiderea a putut avea loc în termenul prevăzut de program.

Pentru noi, însă, munca nu se încheie aici. Următoarea etapă importantă este amenajarea expoziției permanente, care va prezenta istoria Transilvaniei.

Ne bucurăm că putem contribui la realizarea unui proiect cultural de o asemenea amploare.

Fontos mérföldkőhöz érkezett egy jelentős kulturális projekt.

Tegnap, augusztus 30-án megnyílt a MuTRA – Erdély Történeti Galériája, a PNRR-finanszírozással megvalósuló projekt, amelynek projektmenedzsmentjét a RegioConsult biztosította.

Nagyjából egy év alatt jutottunk el a területrendezéstől odáig, hogy a több mint 10 000 m²-es létesítmény már megnyithassa kapuit. Bár bizonyos munkálatok még folytatódnak, a programban vállalt követelményeket teljesítettük, így a megnyitás a PNRR által előírt határidőn belül megtörténhetett.

A munka azonban számunkra nem ér véget itt. A következő fontos feladat az állandó kiállítás berendezése, amely Erdély történetét mutatja majd be.

Örülünk, hogy részesei lehetünk egy ilyen léptékű kulturális projekt megvalósításának.

An important cultural project has reached a major milestone.

Yesterday, on August 30, MuTRA – The Historical Gallery of Transylvania opened its doors. The project is being implemented with PNRR funding, with RegioConsult providing project management.

In roughly one year, the project progressed from site preparation to the point where the more than 10,000 m² facility could open to the public. Although certain works are still ongoing, the requirements undertaken within the programme have been fulfilled, allowing the opening to take place within the deadline set by the PNRR.

For us, however, the work does not end here. The next major task is the installation of the permanent exhibition, which will present the history of Transylvania.

We are pleased to be contributing to the implementation of a cultural project of this scale.

O nouă viață se mută între zidurile vechi de secole ale Castelului Kálnoky!

A avut loc recepția lucrărilor de execuție la Castelul Kálnoky din Valea Crișului. După o perioadă lungă de muncă, multă atenție și efort comun, am ajuns la momentul în care putem spune că castelul își deschide porțile pentru comunitate și vizitatori.
Castelul Kálnoky nu este doar o clădire renovată. Este parte din istoria de mai multe secole a Transilvaniei și un element valoros al patrimoniului său construit, care renaște acum păstrând tot ceea ce îi conferă adevărata valoare.

În 2022 am semnat contractul de finanțare, iar de atunci o echipă entuziastă, perseverentă și dedicată a lucrat pentru a salva acest patrimoniu și pentru a-i reda viața.

Restaurarea a fost posibilă prin Programul România Atractivă (PNRR), precum și cu sprijinul Ministerului Construcțiilor și Transporturilor din Ungaria (ÉKM), prin implicarea unor surse de finanțare din România și Ungaria.

Ziduri vechi. Lumină nouă. Povești vechi de secole. Noi întâlniri. În curând, toate acestea vor putea fi trăite și în persoană, la Valea Crișului.

Le mulțumim tuturor celor care, prin munca, cunoștințele și sprijinul lor, au făcut parte din această renaștere specială.

Új élet költözik a Kálnoky-kastély évszázados falai közé!

Megtörtént a sepsikőröspataki Kálnoky-kastély kivitelezési munkálatainak átadás-átvétele. Hosszú munka, rengeteg odafigyelés és közös erőfeszítés után elérkeztünk ahhoz a pillanathoz, amikor már azt is kimondhatjuk: a kastély megnyitja kapuit a közösség és a látogatók előtt.
A Kálnoky-kastély nem egyszerűen egy felújított épület. Több évszázad története, Erdély épített örökségének egy különleges darabja, amely most úgy született újjá, hogy közben megőrizte mindazt, ami igazán értékessé teszi.

2022-ben írtuk alá a finanszírozási szerződést, és azóta egy lelkes, kitartó és elkötelezett csapat dolgozott azon, hogy ezt az örökséget megmentsük és újra megtöltsük élettel.

A felújítás a Hívogató Románia Program (PNRR), valamint Magyarország Építési és Közlekedési Minisztériuma (ÉKM) támogatásával, romániai és magyarországi források bevonásával valósulhatott meg.

Régi falak. Új fény. Évszázados történetek. Új találkozások. Hamarosan mindezt személyesen is átélhetik Sepsikőröspatakon.

New life is moving into the centuries-old walls of Kálnoky Castle!

The handover and acceptance of the construction works at Kálnoky Castle in Valea Crișului has been completed. After a long period of work, great care and shared effort, we have reached the moment when we can finally say that the castle is opening its doors to the community and to visitors.
Kálnoky Castle is more than a renovated building. It carries centuries of history and represents a remarkable part of Transylvania’s built heritage, now brought back to life while preserving everything that makes it truly valuable.

We signed the financing agreement in 2022, and since then a passionate, persistent and dedicated team has worked to safeguard this heritage and fill it with life once again.

The restoration was made possible through the Attractive Romania Programme (PNRR), as well as with the support of Hungary’s Ministry of Construction and Transport (ÉKM), with funding from both Romania and Hungary.

Old walls. New light. Centuries-old stories. New encounters. Soon, all of this can be experienced in person in Valea Crișului.

We thank everyone who, through their work, expertise and support, contributed to this special rebirth.

La 1 august 2026, am deschis publicului larg Castelul Teleki din Gornești.

Am depus proiectul în 2022, în cadrul Programului „România Atractivă” (PNRR), iar împreună cu o echipă entuziastă am reușit să conservăm castelul și să îl redăm Transilvaniei.

Vă invităm să îl vizitați și să vă bucurați de faptul că s-a făcut și dreptate istorică, deoarece l-am restaurat cu fonduri europene din România. Mulțumim!

2026. augusztus 1-jén a Teleki Kastélyt Gernyeszegen átadtuk a nagyközönségnek.

A projektet 2022-ben adtuk le a Hívogató Románia Program (PNRR) keretén belül, és egy lelkes csapattal sikerült megőrizni, és visszaadni Erdélynek a kastélyt.

Látogassák, élvezzék, hogy történelmi igazságtétel is történt, hisz romániai EU-s forrásokból újítottuk meg – Hála!

On 1 August 2026, we opened Teleki Castle in Gornești to the general public.

We submitted the project in 2022 under the “Attractive Romania” Programme, and together with an enthusiastic team, we succeeded in preserving the castle and giving it back to Transylvania.

We invite you to visit and enjoy it—and to celebrate the fact that historical justice has also been served, as the castle was restored with EU funding from Romania. With gratitude!

Un moment important pentru comunitatea din Baia Sprie: Biserica romano-catolică „Adormirea Maicii Domnului” a fost resfințită după ample lucrări de restaurare realizate prin PNRR C11, în cadrul Programului România Atractivă din fonduri Europene.

Programul a fost lansat de MIPE (Ministerul Investițiilor și Proiectelor Europene, Hegedüs Csilla , https://romania-atractiva.ro/), și echipa RegioConsult a asigurat managementul proiectului, contribuind la buna desfășurare a unui demers dedicat protejării patrimoniului și valorificării unui reper important al comunității locale.

Suntem mândri că am putut fi parte dintr-un proiect cu o asemenea semnificație.

Fontos pillanat Felsőbánya közössége számára: újraszentelték a Nagyboldogasszony római katolikus templomot, amely átfogó felújításon esett át PNRR-finanszírozás keretében, a Hívogató Románia Program részeként, amelyet a MIPE bonyolított le (Hegedüs Csilla, https://romania-atractiva.ro/) és EU-s forrásokból finanszíroztuk.

An important moment for the Baia Sprie community: the Roman Catholic Church of the Assumption of the Mother of God has been reconsecrated after extensive restoration works carried out through PNRR C11, within the România Atractivă Programme, financed from European funds.

The programme was launched by MIPE (the Ministry of Investments and European Projects, Hegedüs Csilla, https://romania-atractiva.ro/), and the RegioConsult team provided project management, contributing to the smooth implementation of an initiative dedicated to protecting heritage and highlighting an important landmark of the local community.

We are proud to have been part of a project of such significance.

În Cernat sunt în desfășurare lucrările la complexul de depozitare și condiționare a produselor vegetale, cu o suprafață de 6.600 m², realizat pentru Elitagro – una dintre investițiile agricole importante ale regiunii.

Proiectul este implementat în cadrul măsurii PNS DR-22 și are ca obiectiv realizarea unei facilități moderne, echipate cu tehnologii performante de condiționare și depozitare eficientă, care să asigure ventilarea corespunzătoare a produselor agricole, temperatura optimă și păstrarea calității acestora pe întreaga perioadă de depozitare. În cadrul complexului vor fi amenajate și spații moderne de birouri.

Ne bucurăm că putem contribui la dezvoltarea Elitagro și că, pe parcursul implementării proiectului, avem oportunitatea de a colabora cu parteneri de excepție.

Csernátonban folynak a munkálatok az Elitagro számára készülő, 6600 m² alapterületű növényi terméktároló és -kondicionáló komplexumnál, amely a térség egyik kiemelkedő mezőgazdasági beruházása.

A projekt a PNS DR-22 intézkedés keretén belül valósul meg, célja pedig egy korszerű kondicionálási és hatékony tárolási technológiával felszerelt létesítmény kialakítása, amely biztosítja a termények megfelelő szellőzését, optimális hőmérsékletét és minőségük megőrzését a teljes tárolási időszak alatt. A komplexumban modern irodahelyiségek is kialakításra kerülnek.

Öröm számunkra, hogy hozzájárulhatunk az Elitagro fejlődéséhez, és hogy a projekt megvalósítása során kiváló partnerekkel dolgozhatunk együtt.

Construction works are underway in Cernat on the 6,600 m² crop storage and conditioning complex being developed for Elitagro, one of the region’s most significant agricultural investments.

The project is being implemented under the PNS DR-22 measure and aims to establish a modern facility equipped with advanced conditioning and efficient storage technologies, ensuring proper ventilation, optimal temperature, and the preservation of crop quality throughout the entire storage period. The complex will also include modern office spaces.

We are pleased to contribute to Elitagro’s development and to collaborate with excellent partners throughout the implementation of this project.

O dimineață interesantă și plină de activități alături de elevii clasei a X-a B de la Liceul Teoretic „Mikes Kelemen”, care au vizitat biroul nostru din Sfântu Gheorghe împreună cu profesoara Kovács Ildikó.

În timpul vizitei, le-am prezentat bazele managementului de proiect: ce înseamnă pregătirea unui proiect, cm se aplică pentru finanțare și cm se implementează în practică. Programul a fost unul interactiv – elevii au descoperit proiecte de succes, dar și modul în care gestionăm termenele, sarcinile și colaborarea în echipă.

Întâlnirea s-a încheiat cu o activitate de echipă, în cadrul căreia elevii și-au prezentat propriile idei de proiect. Au rezultat multe propuneri creative și interesante, de la dezvoltarea bufetului școlar până la renovarea Palatului Culturii. 👏

Érdekes és tartalmas délelőttöt töltöttünk a Mikes Kelemen Líceum X.B osztályának diákjaival, akik Kovács Ildikó tanárnő kíséretében látogattak el sepsiszentgyörgyi irodánkba.

A látogatás során bemutattuk a projektmenedzsment alapjait: hogyan működik egy pályázat előkészítése, mit jelent egy projekt megvalósítása, és hogyan zajlik a közös munka a gyakorlatban. A diákok betekintést nyerhettek projektkövetési rendszereink működésébe, valamint abba is, hogyan kezeljük a határidőket és osztjuk fel a feladatokat a csapaton belül.

A találkozó csapatmunkával zárult: a diákok saját projektötleteket dolgoztak ki és mutattak be. Számos kreatív elképzelés született, az iskolai büfé fejlesztésétől egészen a Kultúrpalota felújításáig. 👏

We spent an inspiring and engaging morning with students from class X.B of Mikes Kelemen High School, who visited our Sfântu Gheorghe office together with teacher Ildikó Kovács.

During the visit, we introduced the basics of project management: how projects are prepared, how funding applications work, and what implementation looks like in practice.
The session was interactive, giving students insight into successful projects as well as our project tracking systems, teamwork, and task management processes.

The visit ended with teamwork activities, where students developed and presented their own project ideas. Many creative concepts were born, from improving the school buffet to renovating the Cultural Palace. 👏
