Defined by a striking interplay of contrast and geometry, Eden Residence represents a contemporary approach to mixed-use suburban living. The development comprises a series of twin residential volumes that establish a strong rhythmic presence along the streetscape while fostering a secluded, resort-style atmosphere within its private courtyard.
The architectural language is articulated through a crisp, monochromatic palette. The upper residential levels are wrapped in bold, white horizontal bands that frame the structure, creating a sense of lightness and horizontal flow. These white elements stand in stark contrast to the recessed charcoal brickwork, which adds texture, depth, and a sense of permanence to the facade. This visual stratification breaks down the building's mass, making the four-story volume feel approachable and human-scaled.
At the ground level, the buildings activate the public realm with expansive retail frontages. Floor-to-ceiling glazing ensures transparency, blurring the boundary between the interior commercial spaces and the surrounding street. Above, the residential units cantilever slightly over the base, providing natural shading for the storefronts and emphasizing the floating quality of the living quarters.
