We Understand Leaders Being a member in one Chapter, a CEO is automatically a member to all other chapters.

CEO Clubs Int’l is one of the biggest and oldest, non profit leadership organizations, operating all over the world since 1977 in NY, counting today more than 8,000 members, all of them active CEOs or Owners in their companies. The Romanian Chapter operates since October 2011 and already counts more than 120 Members, all decision makers in their companies. Some of the companies our Members in Romania lead are: Microsoft, Google, RBS Bank, Schneider Electric Romania, Carturesti, Stihl, Millennium Bank, Xerox, BNP Paribas, Garanti Bank, Sodexo, Roche Romania, Happy Tour, Iron Mountain, PayU, TNT, Groupama Asigurari etc. That means he or she can participate freely to all events, globally. Membership of CEO Clubs is by invitation only. Values

You know a keynote speech is good when you don’t quite know what to feel next. One minute you’re laughing, the next you’re questioning everything you thought you knew about the future. And somewhere in between, you find yourself rethinking the way you lead.

That’s the kind of experience Tom Koulopoulos brought to Superbrain’s 21st Forum.

From the possibilities of AI to a glimpse of what the future might look like with technology evolving at an unprecedented pace, his keynote took us through new ideas, unexpected perspectives and plenty of food for thought.

For The Irreplaceable Leader, it was a keynote that couldn’t have been more fitting.

We left with plenty to think about, but one idea deserves the final word:

“Managers are people you have to follow. Leaders are people you choose to follow.”

The goal, then, isn’t simply to lead. It’s to become someone worth following.
