A meaningful day of conversations around one of the most important challenges facing our cities: affordable housing.

Today, Vitalis Consulting joined the Romania Affordable Housing Summit 2026, held at the Palace of Parliament and bringing together voices from the European Commission, public authorities, financial institutions and the real estate industry.

The discussions went beyond identifying the challenges. They focused on what can actually be done — from financing and public-private collaboration to better policies, stronger local capacity and solutions adapted to the realities of the Romanian market.

We are glad to be part of conversations that can help shape the future of housing and, ultimately, the communities we build.

A big thank you to FIDES for bringing such a relevant group of professionals and decision-makers together, and for creating the space for an open and constructive dialogue.

We leave the summit with new perspectives, valuable conversations and, most importantly, a shared sense that affordable housing requires collaboration across the entire industry.

Today, Vitalis Consulting is joining the first edition of Hotel Development Lab, an event hosted by Win Advisors and ZRVP, bringing together professionals from the real estate and hospitality industries.

The discussions focus on the key factors behind developing and operating a viable hotel asset — from market, location and product validation to financial feasibility, permitting, transaction structuring and the involvement of key partners.
