PANHOL Developments has started the development of the new luxurious residential building “Kleious” in Thessaloniki, Greece
PANHOL Developments, a member of PANHOL Group, has started the development of the new luxurious residential building “KLEIOUS”, strengthening it’s presence in the 1sthome market in Thessaloniki, between the regions Euosmos and Kordelio. “KLEIOUS” is an impressive building of high specifications constituted of 30 apartments 60 to 97 m2 and 5 shops 68 to 102 m2, covering the needs of the most demanding customers. Important is that all properties and big part of the visitors of the building can be served from the big open parking. Also the past few years there have been delivered the domicile residence projects Ariadni, Artemis, Afroditi, Ekali, Aigli, Athina, Irida, Estia, Kirki, Gaia in Oraiokastro and Palaiokastro of Thessaloniki. Regarding the company’s summer residences, Poseidon Iproject in Poseidi, Chalkidiki, is in progress and will be consisted of 164 apartments situated in 2-level maisonettes, of 64 and 103 m2, while the Olympus Residential Cartier project in Ierissos, Chalkidiki, has been completed and is consisted of 40 2 two-level villas ranging between 86 and 94 m2. Also the“S-PARK” Parking of 145 lots located in the luxurious commercial centre “forum CENTER” opposite Oraiokastro’s Town hall in Thessaloniki, operates from February 2009.
