EN: “A House in TITU” is a project that aims to show that building differently is still a possibility, even on a tight budget. Decisions that at first may seem insignificant, when brought together, result in an architecture of experience, one that engages the senses. The secret lies hidden within the subtlety of the mundane: a perfectly placed ray of sunlight - a call to presence and awareness; a window - the frame for a living picture; a bold texture - the playful tactility that we forget as we grow up...

Library on Elisabeta Boulevard_initial proposal

Sometimes, clients discover that what they initially thought they wanted isn't quite what they were actually looking for. Instances like these teach us to always keep communication channels open and to encourage clients to express themselves, especially during the earlier stages of the project. Ask away, encourage honesty and don't be afraid to get to know your customer.

Măgurele student housing_QUIET RETREAT

Studies have shown that our surroundings influence our mental state far more than we often realize.
Imagine studying and sleeping in a space that feels like a sanctuary (calm, inspiring, and deeply restorative). We live in symbiosis with our environment, so let’s make the most of it by designing spaces that truly nurture us.
