Quantum Global Solutions is a global construction support consultancy dedicated to supporting the international industry in managing projects and avoiding disputes. As dispute avoidance remains one of the key pillars of Quantum’s services, we were pleased to be represented by Lucia Vernon, Regional Director and Testifying Delay Expert, at the recent Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) Conference held in the historic city of .

This year’s conference marked the DRBF’s 30th Anniversary and brought together professionals from across the industry who continue to make a global impact through proactive dispute avoidance and resolution. One of the key messages Lucia took from the event was that: “Dispute Boards and arbitration do not compete — they complete each other: one prevents and resolves, the other enforces and finalises.”
