Client Name: Regional Group
Service: Architectural design and engineering including CGIs, Façade and elevation study.
Project Narration: The residential building is accessible from two sides, with shops on street level and a swimming pool in the last floor. To interweave with the urban context,the ground floor is designed to connect two roads sidewalks.
The architectural style is inspired by a sleek cubist vision giving a contemporary and aesthetic feel of our modern era.
The concept design has arisen from the envelope emerging interlaced volumes, which reduce overall energy load and increases occupant comfort. The building is designed as a sculptural abstraction, facades are projected to have a pleasing scale with solid-to-void relationship making a dynamic impression.

الخدمة: التصميم والهندسة المعمارية بما في ذلك CGIs (الصور المولدة بالحاسوب) والواجهة ودراسة الارتفاع.
سرد المشروع: يمكن الوصول إلى المبنى السكني من جهتين ، مع وجود محلات تجارية على مستوى الشارع ومسبح في الطابق الأخير. للتشابك مع السياق الحضري ، تم تصميم الطابق الأرضي لربط أرصفة طريقين.

نشأ تصميم المفهوم من الأحجام المتداخلة الناشئة ، والتي تقلل من حمل الطاقة الإجمالي وتزيد من راحة السكان. تم تصميم المبنى باعتباره تجريدًا نحتيًا ، ومن المتوقع أن يكون للواجهات مقياس مبهج مع علاقة صلبة بالفراغ مما يعطي انطباعًا ديناميكيًا.

The design concept evolved to bring light and life to this space, keeping it simple but joyful for students from different age groups and a welcoming point for visitors and parents.
