Nos últimos dias, a nossa empresa foi alvo de ataques infundados divulgados por um meio de comunicação social, contendo informações falsas, distorcidas e sem qualquer fundamento.
Perante esta situação, vimos a público esclarecer que:
1. A empresa exercerá integralmente os seus direitos legais, iniciando pelo direito de resposta, instrumento previsto na lei para garantir que a verdade seja reposta no mesmo espaço onde foi atacada injustamente.
2. Após a resposta formal, avançaremos para as vias judiciais competentes, apresentando toda a documentação e provas necessárias para demonstrar que as acusações divulgadas são mentiras deliberadas e totalmente desconectadas da realidade.
3. Confiamos plenamente na Justiça e estamos convictos de que, ao final do devido processo legal, a verdade prevalecerá e a honra da empresa será plenamente restabelecida.

Over the past few days, our company has been targeted by unfounded attacks published by a media outlet, containing false, distorted, and entirely baseless information.
In light of this situation, we would like to clarify the following:
1. The company will fully exercise its legal rights, beginning with the right of reply a mechanism provided by law to ensure that the truth is restored in the same space where we were unjustly attacked.
2. Following the formal response, we will take the matter to the appropriate judicial authorities, submitting all necessary documentation and evidence to demonstrate that the accusations published are deliberate falsehoods, entirely disconnected from reality.
3. We have full confidence in the justice system and are certain that, upon conclusion of the due legal process, the truth will prevail and the company’s reputation will be fully restored.
