RP House is a contemporary T4 residence located in Oeiras Golf, Portugal, set on a 1,578 sqm plot carefully designed to blend with its surrounding landscape and urban context.
Guided by the architectural principles and regulations of the Oeiras Golf development, the project embraces clean orthogonal lines, simple volumes, and a fluid relationship between interior and exterior spaces. The L-shaped layout was strategically designed to optimize solar orientation, create sheltered leisure areas, and enhance thermal and acoustic comfort.
Inspired by the Modern Movement, the house features expansive glazed surfaces, shaded terraces, white volumes, and natural wood textures, resulting in a timeless architectural language defined by functionality, light, and material simplicity.
The social areas open seamlessly onto a south-facing outdoor living space with a wooden deck, swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and leisure areas designed for contemporary living. Upstairs, the four suites enjoy privacy, natural light, and generous outdoor connections.
A project conceived to integrate architecture, landscape, and lifestyle into a coherent and sustainable living experience.
