بفخر واعتزاز، أتمت شركة MELEMCO بنجاح مشروع التحديث الجذري لمنظومة القوى والتحكم في محطة الضخ المركزية التابعة لـ مصلحة مياه محافظة القدس في رام الله
لقد ارتكزت حلولنا الهندسيّة على دمج أحدث التقنيات الرقمية لضمان استمرارية هذا الشريان الحيوي، وتجلت في المحاور التالية:

3200A Capacity and International Standards: MELEMCO Completes Main Electrical Power Panels Project with SCADA System for Jerusalem Water Undertaking (JWU) ⚡💧

With great pride, MELEMCO announces the successful completion of a comprehensive upgrade to the power and control systems at the main pumping station of the Jerusalem Water Undertaking (JWU) in Ramallah.
Our engineering solutions integrated the latest digital technologies to ensure the continuity of this vital lifeline, focused on the following key pillars:
🔹 Capacity Enhancement & Emergency Readiness (ATS): We supplied and installed high-capacity electrical panels rated at 3200A, equipped with Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS). This ensures an immediate and safe transition to backup power sources during emergencies, guaranteeing uninterrupted station operations under any circumstances. 🔄⚙️
🔹 Next-Gen Smart Breakers (MasterPact MTZ): The panels feature MasterPact MTZ2 breakers, fully connected to the network and integrated with MicroLogic X trip units, providing engineers with:
• Direct Field Connectivity: The ability to monitor breaker status and access operational data via NFC and Bluetooth directly on-site using a smartphone. 📱📶
• High Reliability: Real-time access to technical analytics to ensure the highest levels of safety and performance.

تشرفنا في شركة ملمكو بزيارة وفد من the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ)، ممثلةً بالسيدة Ruth Müller، نائبة رئيس قسم التعاون الإنمائي في المكتب الممثلي الألماني، ومؤسسة GIZ Palestine ممثلةً بالسيدة Sadie O'Mahoney، مديرة برنامج "المزيد من فرص العمل للشباب الفلسطيني" (MJO II)، حيث تم استقبالهم من قبل المدير العام السيد فادي أبو الزلف.
هدفت هذه الزيارة إلى الاطلاع على تطبيق برنامج الدراسات الثنائية ضمن مشروع "المزيد من فرص العمل للشباب الفلسطيني (MJO II)" الممول من الوزارة الاتحادية الألمانية للتعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية (BMZ) وتنفيذ مؤسسة GIZ عملياً داخل بيئة العمل في شركتنا. وقد استعرضنا خلال الجولة تجربة طلبة البرنامج في الشركة، حيث يطبقون معارفهم الأكاديمية في مشاريع عملية حقيقية، مما يعزز جاهزيتهم لسوق العمل ويمنحهم خبرة مهنية مبكرة. كما تضمنت الجولة لقاءً مع خريجين أصبحوا اليوم جزءاً لا يتجزأ من فريق عمل ملمكو، في تجسيد حي لأثر البرنامج المستدام في التوظيف والتمكين المهني.

We were honored at Melemco to host a delegation from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), represented by Ms. Ruth Müller, Deputy Head of Development Cooperation at the German Representative Office, and GIZ Palestine represented by Ms. Sadie O'Mahoney, Head of Program, More Job Opportunities for Palestinian Youth (MJO II); they were welcomed by our General Manager, Mr. Fadi Abu Al-Zuluf.
The visit aimed to witness the practical implementation of the Dual Studies program within the "More Job Opportunities for Palestinian Youth (MJO II)" project, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ, within our workplace environment. During the visit, we highlighted the journey of the students as they apply their academic knowledge to real-world practical projects, enhancing their market readiness and professional expertise. The tour also included a meeting with program alumni who have now become permanent members of the Melemco team, showcasing the program's sustainable impact on employment and professional empowerment.

توريد وتركيب وتشغيل لوحات كهربائية رئيسية بقدرة 7200 أمبير و أنظمة لادارة الطاقة و المباني
تم الأنتهاءمن تنفيذ مشروع توريد، تركيب وتشغيل اللوحات الكهربائية بقدرة تشغيلية 7200 أمبير ، والمطابقة لأحدث المواصفات والمعايير العالمية IEC 61439، وذلك في مصنع ازدهار للأعلاف - ترقوميا – أكبر مصنع لإنتاج الأعلاف الحيوانية في فلسطين.
ويشمل المشروع:
⚡ توريد اللوحات الكهربائية بقدرة 5MVAو ودمج المحولات الرئيسية لضمان استمرارية وموثوقية التغذية.
⚡ نظام إدارة طاقة متكامل (Energy Management System) لمراقبة وتحسين كفاءة استهلاك الطاقة.
⚡ نظام مراقبة وتحكم بمصادر الطاقة بما يشمل المحولات والمولدات.
⚡ نظام KNX لإدارة كافة المرافق وربطها مع نظام BMS متكامل للتحكم ومراقبة:
• خزانات المياه والمواد الخام.
• خزانات السولار والمولدات.
• مضخات المياه ونظام PID
• المرافق والخدمات الأخرى.
🟢 ويأتي هذا المشروع ضمن رؤية التحول الرقمي للصناعات الفلسطينية، حيث يُعد مصنع ازدهار للأعلاف نموذجًا رياديًا في تطبيق الأنظمة الذكية والرقمية لرفع كفاءة التشغيل وضمان الاستدامة وتعزيز موثوقية الإنتاج.

Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Integrated Electrical and Management Systems Izdehar Animal Feed Factory
With gratitude, we announce the successful supply, installation, and commissioning of electrical panels with a operating capacity of 7,200 Amps 5MVA , fully compliant with the latest international standards IEC 61439, at Izdehar Animal Feed Factory – the largest animal feed production facility in Palestine.
The project includes:
⚡ Supply of electrical panels and integration of main transformers to ensure reliable and continuous power supply.
⚡ Integrated Energy Management System (EMS) to monitor and optimize energy consumption efficiency.
⚡ Monitoring and control system for energy sources, including transformers and generators.
⚡ KNX system to manage all facilities and integrate with a comprehensive BMS for control and monitoring of:
• Water and raw material tanks.
• Diesel tanks and generators.
• Water pumps and PID system.
• Other facilities and services.

قام الدكتور عماد الزير بزيارة مثمرة لمجموعة من شركائنا المتميزين في محافظة رام الله، حيث تابع خلالها تدريب طلبة دائرة الهندسة الكهربائية في هذه الشركات، ضمن إطار برنامج الدراسات الثنائية في جامعة القدس.

وشملت الزيارة شركة ميليمكو الرائدة في مجال تصميم وتركيب لوحات الطاقة الكهربائية وأنظمة التحكم، وتقديم الحلول المتقدمة في هذا القطاع، بالإضافة إلى أنظمة المباني الذكية. وتُعد الشركة مثالًا يُحتذى به في دمج الكفاءات الشابة بخبرات السوق، حيث تضم عددًا من خريجي دائرة الهندسة الكهربائية في الجامعة، الذين تدربوا فيها سابقًا، ويشرفون اليوم على الطلبة المتدربين، إلى جانب مهامهم كمهندسين متخصصين.

ويُذكر أن الطالب معتصم طوافشة يتدرب في الشركة منذ ثلاث سنوات، وقد اكتسب خبرة متميزة مكّنته من تنفيذ لوحات كهربائية متقدمة. كما يعمل المهندس عبد الحميد القاق، أحد خريجي الدائرة، في الشركة منذ ما يقارب السنتين، حيث أظهر كفاءة عالية في إدارة وتنفيذ مشاريع كبرى.
