نظراً لتخصصية برنامج “بنيان”، وتركيز نطاق عمله في قطاع الصناعات الإنشائية تحديداً، فقد كلف صندوق الاستثمار شركة سند للصناعات الإنشائية، والتي هي الذراع الاستثماري للصندوق في هذا القطاع، بالدخول في شراكات مع المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة التي ترى أن هنالك فائدة اقتصادية وقيمة مضافة من شراكتها مع سند؛ حيث يسعى البرنامج لتطوير إنتاجية هذه الشركات وقدرتها التنافسية، بما يحسن عوائدها المالية بالإضافة إلى
خلف فرص عمل وفتح أسواق جديدة أمامها للتصدير.
ومن أحد أهم أهداف برنامج بنيان العمل على تبادل ونقل المعرفة في هذا القطاع، ولذلك يتم التعاقد مع خبراء وشركات استشارية من أجل تقديم الدعم الفني ونقل الخبرات وتطوير طواقم العمل لهذه الشركات، بعد أن يتم تحديد تحديد الاحتياجات الفنية والإدارية والتشغيلية اللازمة لتطوير العمل وزيادة الإنتاجية والربحية. هذا يُمكّن الشركات من الحصول على التمويل اللازم لتطوير أعمالها بحسب خطط سوقية مدروسة ودراسات جدوى إقتصادية واضحة، من خلال المؤسسات المالية العاملة في السوق الفلسطيني. Bonyan Program focuses on the integration and strategic partnership with small and medium enterprises working within the construction sector in Palestine. The program aims at developing the productivity of these companies and enhance their competitiveness to ultimately enhance their financial returns, as well as creating additional job opportunities and penetrating new export markets. Among the most important goals of Bonyan Program, is the transfer of knowledge to this sector, thus contracting with experts and consulting firms to offer technical support, exchange of information and capacity building trainings for staff members - after the identification of the technical, administrative and operational needs necessary for development and increasing profitability. This process enables companies to obtain the required funding from Palestinian banks to achieve these objectives, in accordance with thorough and clear market and feasibility studies.
