PROJEKT KONKURSOWY NA KONCEPCJĘ URBANISTYCZNĄ ZAGOSPODAROWANIA STADIONU IM. EDMUNDA SZYCA I TERENÓW PRZYLEGŁYCH W POZNANIU

Górnym założeniem projektu zagospodarowania stadionu Szyca i terenów przylegających jest stworzenie Parku Klimatycznego - miejsca rekreacji i działań mieszkańców, gdzie rozwiązania naturalne zintegrowane są z historią tego miejsca. Elementem kluczowym w koncepcji jest WODA. Projekt zakłada przywrócenie jej naturalnego obiegu, a zaproponowany system ciągów i zbiorników wodnych o różnym charakterze to otwarta kompozycja, która biegnie przez wszystkie obszary i wiąże ze sobą przestrzenie publiczne. Projekt umożliwia magazynowanie oraz oczyszczanie wody deszczowej, pozytywnie wpływając na regulację temperatury powietrza i bioróżnorodność w mieście.

Park klimatyczny opiera się na dwóch osiach widokowych i kompozycyjnych. Oś północ - południe – połączenie ze Starym Miastem, biegnie od dawnej synagogi, poprzez dawną dzielnicę żydowską w kierunku stadionu i skweru sprawiedliwych ku południu do “lasku dębińskiego”, miejsca egzekucji Żydów. Na tej osi usytuowany został budynek Centrum Dialogu i Park Ciszy zaplanowany jako miejsce pamięci i park pomnik przyrody, który łączy w sobie zarówno elementy natury, jak i historii.

Oś wschód - zachód – przybiera charakter sportowy i otwiera perspektywy widokowe w stronę rzeki i w stronę miasta.

Zaproponowano rozwiązania i aktywne strefy społeczne uwzględniające wszystkie grupy społeczne oraz wiekowe w mieście, otwarte przestrzenie i zielone kieszenie - miejsca spotkań składają się na bogaty program tej przestrzeni. Strefy zajęć i odpoczynku są rozproszone i przeplatają się w punktach węzłowych.

COMPETITION DESIGN FOR THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT OF THE EDMUND SZYCA STADIUM AND ADJACENT AREAS IN POZNAN

The primary goal of the Szyca Stadium redevelopment project and its adjacent areas is to create an Environmental Park - a recreational space for residents where natural solutions are integrated with the history of the place. The key element in the concept is WATER. The project assumes the restoration of its natural circulation. The proposed system of waterways and diverse nature water reservoirs is an open composition that runs through all areas and connects public spaces. It enables to store and purify rainwater, which has a positive impact on the regulation of air temperature and supports biodiversity in the city.

The Climate Park is based on two compositional axes. The N-S axis - the connection to the Old Town, runs from the former synagogue, through the former Jewish quarter towards the stadium-work camp and the square of the righteous towards to the "Debin forest", the place of ex*****on of Jews. On this axis the Dialogue Center was located along with the Park of Silence planned as a place of memorial place and a park memorial of nature, which combines both elements of wildlife and history.

The east-west axis takes on a sporty character and opens up scenic perspectives toward the river and the city.

Solutions and active social zones have been proposed taking into account all social and age groups in the city, open spaces and green pockets- meeting places make up the rich program of this space. Zones of activity and rest are dispersed and interwoven at nodal points.

Inwestycja realizowana będzie etapowo. Podstawową funkcją budynku w pierwszym etapie będzie biblioteka, jako obiekt integrujący lokalną społeczność i zaspokajając jej potrzeby kulturalne. W drugim etapie obiekt rozbudowany będzie o salę wielofunkcyjną umożliwiającą organizację wydarzeń dla większej liczby osób lub organizację zajęć plastycznych i muzycznych. Stworzy to możliwość poszerzenia zakresu działalności instytucji.

Obie funkcje będą się wzajemnie uzupełniać. Do obu części zapewniony zostanie niezależny dostęp z holu - przestrzeni wielofunkcyjnej, która oprócz funkcji komunikacyjnej umożliwia organizację małej wystawy lub rozmieszczenie mebli wypoczynkowych.
W holu głównym znajdować się będą dwie klatki schodowe, które poprowadzą na poziom antresoli, gdzie znajdować sie będą przestrzenie do wyciszenia lub zorganizowania zajęć warsztatowych dla mniejszych grup. Z tego poziomu możliwy będzie dostęp do zielonego tarasu od strony zachodniej. Dostęp na dach użytkowy zapewniony będzie poprzez zewnętrzne schody zintegrowane z budynkiem. Otwarty parter, kameralne tarasy i zielony dach użytkowy umożliwiają połączenie wnętrza z zewnętrzem. Tworzy się w ten sposób pawilon sprzężony z naturą, jako modelowy budynek edukacji ekologicznej, budynek w duchu slow life.

The investment will be carried out in phases. In the initial phase, the building's primary purpose will be a library, serving as a hub for the local community and fulfilling its cultural needs. In the second and last phase, the facility will be expanded to include a multifunctional hall, enabling events for larger audiences or facilitating artistic and musical activities. This expansion will allow for a broader range of services by the institution.
Both functions will complement each other seamlessly. Independent access will be available from the foyer to both sections. The multifunctional area, apart from its communication role, will also serve as a space for small exhibitions or relaxation zones with lounge furniture. Inside the main foyer, two staircases will lead to the mezzanine level, which will provide spaces for quiet contemplation and workshop sessions for smaller groups. This level will also grant access to a green terrace on the western side. External stairs integrated with the building will lead to the rooftop, providing access to a usable outdoor space. With its open ground floor, cozy terraces, and green rooftop, the building will create a harmonious connection between its interior and the surrounding environment. This design embodies a pavilion in harmony with nature, serving as an exemplary structure for ecological education and reflecting the essence of the slow life philosophy.

Budynek łączy w sobie przestrzenie o różnych funkcjach: bibliotecznej, społecznej, kulturalnej. Obiekt został zaprojektowany w duchu architektury adaptacyjnej - łatwo poddaje się zmianom funkcjonalnym i strukturalnym, jak również łatwej rozbudowie. Jednocześnie jako obiekt cyrkularny daje możliwość ponownego wykorzystywania materiałów bez zbędnego wyczerpywania zasobów, zanieczyszczania środowiska i degradacji ekosystemów. Zastosowane rozwiązania techniczne obiektu umożliwiają łatwy demontaż elementów budynku i ich ponowne użycie.

Obiekt zaprojektowany został w konstrukcji drewnianej z wykorzystaniem elementów drewnianych CLT. Konstrukcja budynku oparta jest na modułach o wymiarach 3x3x3 metry. Modułowość odzwierciedlona została w strukturze nośnej budynku, podziale funkcjonalnym oraz w zagospodarowaniu przestrzeni wokół budynku i elementach architektury ogrodowej

The designed library building combines spaces with various functions: library, social, and cultural.
The facility has been designed in the spirit of adaptive architecture - easily accommodating functional and structural changes, as well as easy extension. Simultaneously, as a circular structure, it provides the opportunity for reusing materials without unnecessary resource devastation, environmental pollution, and ecosystem degradation. The designed technical solutions consider easy dismantling and the possibility of the reuse of the building elements.

The main building structure is based on the use of the CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) elements. The construction consists of 3x3x3 meter modules. Modularity is reflected in the structure of the building, functional divisions, as well as the layout of the space around the building and garden architecture elements.

Koncepcja restrukturyzacji terenu portu w Ustce.
Blisko 60 km od brzegu planowana jest budowa farmy wiatrowej do 2027 r., a w mieście budowa portu serwisowego offshore. Projekt to wizja nowej 31-hektarowej dzielnicy w centrum miasteczka na terenach poprzemysłowych, pomiędzy starą wioską rybacką a cennymi obszarami krajobrazowo-kulturowymi w pasie „Zielonego Pierścienia Bałtyku”. Celem jest stworzenie miasta zrównoważonego i cyrkularnego wspomagającego bioróżnorodność obszaru oraz ochrona dziedzictwa kulturowego Ustki. Projekt łączy w sobie cechy zaplecza mieszkaniowo-usługowego dla portu serwisowego, kampusu naukowego i technologicznego, stawia na rozwój funkcji uzdrowiskowej. Program ma przeciwdziałać monofunkcyjności miasta. Wyznaczono zieloną pętlę przestrzeni publicznych ze ścieżką rowerowo-spacerową, biegnącą w sposób ciągły wewnątrz miasta. Wszystko czego potrzebujemy, znajduję się w odległości krótkiego spaceru - tętniące życiem przestrzenie publiczne, tereny rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe, komunikacja miejska, praca.

USTKA HARBOUR
The concept of restructuring the harbour area in Ustka.
The project cover the small harbour city of Ustka - a center of seasonal tourism. 60 km from Polish shore a wind farm is planned to be built by 2027 and in Ustka offshore service harbour is beeing concidered.
The project is a vision of a new 31-hectare district in the center of the town in post-industrial areas, between an old fishing village, valuable landscape and cultural areas in the "Green Ring of the Baltic Sea". The aim is to create a sustainable and circular city supporting the biodiversity of the area and protecting the cultural heritage of Ustka.The project combines the features of residential and service facilities for the offshore service harbour, science and technology campus, developes the spa function.The program counteracts the mono-functionality of the city, which leads to many negative effects. A green loop of public spaces with a bicycle and pedestrian path, running continuously inside the city has been designed.Everything we need is within 5 minutes walk - vibrant public spaces, recreation and leisure areas, public transport, work.

The area is located at the left side of Vistula River waterfront opposite the old town, among floodplain forest. The aim of the project is to revitalize, activate and make more attractive the historical and valuable part of Toruń which today remains a forgotten place. The main aim of the project is to restore the space and create new activities for many different groups of users. \The main path is widely available space, fully integrated with the city and the system of communication paths and lanes. Its a narrow urban public space with various activity points. Important strategic facilities, such as the Dybów Castle, have been connected by an educational and recreational route divided into 2 zones: a historical-educational zone and landscape-recreation zone. Teren położony jest po lewej stronie nabrzeża Wisły naprzeciw Starego Miasta, wśród lasów łęgowych. Celem projektu jest rewitalizacja i aktywizacja cennego krajobrazowo, historycznie i urbanistycznie fragmentu Torunia, który dziś pozostaje nieco zapomnianym, opuszczonym miejscem. Głównym celem projektu jest przywrócenie przestrzeni mieszkańcom i stworzenie nowych aktywności dla wielu różnych grup użytkowników. Jest to ogólnie dostępna przestrzeń, w pełni zintegrowana z miastem oraz systemem ciągów i pasów komunikacyjnych. Główna ścieżka jest trzonem wydarzeń dla tego obszaru - tworzy podłużną przestrzeń publiczną w naturalnym krajobrazie z różnorodnymi punktami aktywności. The design won the 2nd prize in the urban competition organized by City Hall of Toruń in 2018. The area is located at the left side of Vistula River waterfront opposite the old town, among floodplain forest. The aim of the project is to revitalize, activate and make more attractive the historical and valuable part of Toruń.
The designed area, which today remains a forgotten place, historically is a part of the strategic city of Nieszawa. The main aim of the project is to restore the space to the residents and to create new activities for many different groups of users who would like to come back here. Widely available space, fully integrated with the city and the system of communication paths and lanes, performs a generative function, enables meeting places and supports the creation of realities in a given space.
The main path is the core of events for this area. Its shape and architectural forms create a narrow urban public space with various activity points. The main path is connected with the surroundings and the existing communication infrastructure. Important strategic facilities, such as the Dybów Castle, have been connected by an educational and recreational route divided into 2 zones: a historical-educational zone and landscape-recreation zone.In order to emphasize the essence and importance of the city of Nieszawa for the area, a meeting zone was located in the vicinity of the historic market square. The „new market square“ is an element crystallizing the space as a strategic point, in the economic, social and spatial context. The design also takes into account the role of the city gate, which used to lead to the city. Here it invites and opens the designed functional trails.

Teren położony jest po lewej stronie nabrzeża Wisły naprzeciw Starego Miasta, wśród lasów łęgowych. Celem projektu jest rewitalizacja i aktywizacja cennego krajobrazowo, historycznie i urbanistycznie fragmentu Torunia.
Projektowany teren, który dziś pozostaje nieco zapomnianym, opuszczonym miejscem, historycznie jest częścią strategicznego miasta Nieszawa. Głównym celem projektu jest przywrócenie przestrzeni mieszkańcom i stworzenie nowych aktywności dla wielu różnych grup użytkowników, którzy chcieliby tu wracać. Ogólnie dostępna przestrzeń, w pełni zintegrowana z miastem oraz systemem ciągów i pasów komunikacyjnych, pełni funkcje generatywne, umożliwia miejsca spotkań i wspomaga tworzenie relacji w danej przestrzeni.
Główna ścieżka jest trzonem wydarzeń dla tego obszaru. Jego kształt i formy architektoniczne tworzą podłużną miejską przestrzeń publiczną w naturalnym krajobrazie z różnorodnymi miejscami aktywności.
Główna aleja jest połączona z otoczeniem i dostępna poprzez istniejącą infrastrukturą komunikacyjną. Ważne obieky strategiczne, takie jak Zamek Dybów, zostały połączone trasą edukacyjno-rekreacyjną podzieloną na 2 strefy: historyczno-edukacyjną i krajobrazowo-rekreacyjną.
Aby podkreślić istotę i znaczenie istniejącego tu kiedyś miasta Nieszawa, w sąsiedztwie zabytkowego rynku zlokalizowano plac - miejsce spotkań. „Nowy rynek” jest elemen-tem krystalizującym przestrzeń jako punkt strategiczny, w kontekście gospodarczym, społecznym i przestrzennym. Projekt uwzględnia również rolę bramy miejskiej, która niegdyś prowadziła do miasta. Tu otwiera i zaprasza na zaprojektowane szlaki funkcjonalne.
