SWISSROC Building Intelligence is a company oriented towards technology and innovation in the Real Estate market. Innovative technological solutions introduced by talented team are the primary tools to enhance the processes and methods of design built. Daily practice in architectural ex*****on of various size projects, starting from villa’s to multi-residential, and office buildings, together with wide expertise in digitalized process, makes Building Intelligence a reliable and experienced provider and advisor of innovative and smart solutions/services.
What will be your main mission?
• modeling in BIM according to company standards,
• production of all necessary documentation for projects in BIM,
• integrating clients choices in collaboration with the project manager,
• R&D: developing and applying new solutions for company standards.
What do you need to succeed?
• educational background in architecture,
• experience on projects where BIM methodology was used,
• strong knowledge and professional experience in BIM authorized software (preferably Archicad, Solibri),
• experience and interest in parametric design ( Grasshopper )
• highly developed communication and organizational skills, eagerness for high technology,
• very good communicative English is a must-have, knowledge of French will be definitely a plus.
