The role of a production technologist is more than just a job – it's a continuous quest for solutions that combine innovation with efficiency. For over 5 years, I have been working in the cable harness industry, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for improvement. At Cordify Group, I am involved in prototyping, implementing new projects into production, optimizing production lines, and overseeing our machinery fleet.

The industry I work in demands not only precision but also dynamism and openness to unconventional solutions. Each project is a chance to improve processes and introduce technologies that enhance the quality of our work and products. My goal is not only to ensure the smooth operation of machines but also to create the technological foundations for the reliability and innovation of Cordify Group.

Working here gives me immense satisfaction because I know that what we do has a real impact on the company's development and customer satisfaction. Every day, I have the opportunity to grow in many areas, collaborating with a fantastic team that inspires me to act. For me, technology is a tool that, in the hands of dedicated people, turns challenges into successes – and that's what I strive to do every day at Cordify Group.

I am proud to co-create and participate in the development of Cordify Group sp. z o.o.
As the Technical Director, I am responsible for technology, logistics, and production. I manage a wonderful team of specialists.

I have been working here since February 2024 among people who, with their passion, create reliable products and professional service. Our team is a trustworthy partner. Comprehensive customer service and the tasks entrusted to us by them are based on their trust and the partnership we have built together.

My nearly thirty years of experience in the cable harness and switchboard construction industry helps me improve processes and strengthen the position of Cordify Group in many European markets.
Previously, I held positions as a technical manager, quality management, director, and board member. I managed a team of several hundred employees, also reorganizing and improving the company's operations. The knowledge and experience I possess greatly assist me in my current work.

Our goal is the development of the company, bold innovation in solving the projects entrusted to us, and the growth of our competencies so that we can create the market together with our customers.
Values are very important to us in our daily work towards customers, suppliers, and ourselves.

Our goal is long-term cooperation. We aim to be a key partner for every current and future customer.

I thrive in my role as Sales and Purchases Manager at Cordify Group. I vividly remember our beginnings in 2021 – a period of intense growth when every pair of hands was incredibly valuable. To meet the challenges and fulfill urgent orders together with the team, I engaged not only in my daily work but also in production and logistics activities. This experience allowed me to better understand the specifics of the company and build a solid foundation for my role. Looking back, I recall those days with great fondness.

Today, I can fully focus on what I am passionate about – building and developing the sales and purchasing department. At Cordify, I develop systems that streamline our daily operations while building long-term relationships with clients based on trust and understanding of their needs.

Every life-changing decision begins with a moment of reflection. Mine came while working in the automotive industry, where I had the opportunity to audit leading European companies. On one hand, it was a world of great opportunities and high standards, and on the other – a feeling that I wanted to create something of my own, to build a company on my own terms, based on values that are close to my heart.

In 2021, I took a risk and started my adventure with Cordify Group. The start wasn't easy – we were a small team with big ambitions. The first few months were about working on many fronts, but it was then that the culture that distinguishes us in the market today was born: courage, efficiency, and collaboration.

Business, like my favorite long-distance swimming, is primarily about perseverance. I remember the moment when I swam a 32-kilometer marathon. Each subsequent kilometer seemed impossible, but thanks to determination, I reached the finish line. These experiences taught me that regardless of obstacles, it's worth moving forward. I apply a similar philosophy at Cordify – building a company is a marathon, not a sprint.

The year 2024 was challenging for us – the economic slowdown in Europe, especially in Germany, required flexibility and courage. Despite this, thanks to the incredible commitment of the entire team, we maintained growth. It is the people at Cordify who are our greatest strength.

None of this would have been possible without the support of my family. My wife, who has been with me on this journey from the beginning, not only supports me every step of the way but also builds the quality department in our company. This is our joint project that combines professional ambitions with family values.
Cordify is more than just a business to me – it's a community. It's a place where we believe that work has meaning, and everyone has a part in it. We build not only products but also relationships based on trust and partnership. Every day we learn and grow, creating something lasting and valuable – for us, our clients, and our partners.
