A fresh, modern model for a special project 🌿

Our latest model showcases the upcoming Primus Immobilien development in Berlin — and we’re genuinely excited about this one.

Beyond the architecture itself, the model highlights an impressively rich public space: a calisthenics and street workout station, running tracks, a playground, and quiet green corners designed for rest and relaxation. Residents will also enjoy a private rooftop terrace.

Every detail carefully collaborated with the investor — from the balustrade and shadow gaps on the elevation to the landscape and tree placement. Nothing left to chance, everything was executed with meticulous care. The longer you wander, the more details reveal themselves.

3 models. 6 weeks. One Bofill project in Tbilisi.

Earlier this year we were commissioned to build three large-scale architectural models for a project by Bofill Taller de Arquitectura in Tbilisi, Georgia — two at 1:100, one at 1:75.

The deadline ran straight through the Christmas break, so we split the studio into specialized teams: structure, window joinery, and facade color. The hardest part wasn’t the geometry. It was matching the GRC panels — a sun-baked terracotta that doesn’t look right unless every layer of paint sits exactly where it should.

344 kg of models, packed and shipped from Poznań to Tbilisi.
