𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 – completed and now operational.

Another important project successfully delivered by the 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺.

Our scope included the steel structure concealed beneath the training pool, as well as the dedicated environment for 𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. The entire solution was delivered through the combined expertise of our workshop and on-site team.

Manufactured and assembled on-site, the new training center is designed to prepare participants for the realities of offshore work — from demanding operational conditions to safety procedures and the strong safety culture required in the offshore wind industry.

Alpin Weld Sp. z o.o. realizuje projekt pn. „𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝘁𝗿𝘇𝘆𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘄 𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗸𝘁𝘂 𝗣𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗸𝗶 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗸𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗼𝘄𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬”.

Projekt jest współfinansowany ze środków Unii Europejskiej w ramach Funduszy Europejskich dla Pomorza 2021–2027.

W ramach projektu Alpin Weld weźmie udział jako wystawca (𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗕𝟱 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗸𝗼 𝟱𝟰𝟰) w międzynarodowych targach branżowych 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 w Hamburgu związanych z sektorem odnawialnych źródeł energii i energetyki wiatrowej. Działania obejmą promocję oferty firmy, prezentację kompetencji w zakresie specjalistycznych usług dla sektora OZE, spotkania z potencjalnymi partnerami biznesowymi oraz rozwój relacji z dotychczasowymi klientami obecnymi na wydarzeniu.

Projekt skierowany jest do zagranicznych kontrahentów, inwestorów, partnerów technologicznych oraz firm działających w branży energetyki wiatrowej i offshore.

Celem projektu jest rozwój działalności eksportowej Alpin Weld, zwiększenie rozpoznawalności marki na rynkach zagranicznych oraz pozyskanie nowych kontraktów i partnerów biznesowych w sektorze OZE.

Przewidywane efekty projektu to wzrost konkurencyjności firmy, dostęp do wiedzy o innowacyjnych technologiach, dywersyfikacja źródeł przychodu, pogłębienie współpracy z obecnymi klientami oraz umocnienie wizerunku Alpin Weld jako nowoczesnego, stabilnego finansowo i wiarygodnego partnera w branży energetyki wiatrowej.

Wartość projektu: 170.783,98 PLN
Wysokość wkładu Funduszy Europejskich: 76.990,00 PLN

𝗣𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗪 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 dostarczył nam wszystkiego, co najlepsze — sportowych emocji, świetnej zabawy, pięknej pogody i ogromnej dawki pozytywnej energii! ! ☀️⛵🌊

Załoga Alpin Weld dała z siebie wszystko i… zakończyła eliminacje na 1. miejscu! 🔥 Emocji na wodzie nie brakowało, ale jeszcze ważniejsze były współpraca, dobra atmosfera i wspólnie spędzony czas.

Regatowe emocje rozpoczęły się już dzień wcześniej podczas oficjalnego otwarcia wydarzenia. Szczególnym momentem była licytacja charytatywna, podczas której Alpin Weld wylicytował jeden z trzech obrazów.
Wylicytowana kwota wesprze działania Fundacji Bezpieczeństwo, w tym niezwykle ważną kampanię „Depresja nie ma wieku”. Cieszymy się, że mogliśmy dołożyć swoją cegiełkę do inicjatywy o tak dużym znaczeniu społecznym ❤️

Dziękujemy organizatorom, w tym Polskiej Lidze Żeglarskiej i wszystkim uczestnikom za fantastyczną atmosferę, inspirujące spotkania i wspólnie spędzony czas. Takie wydarzenia pokazują, że branża Offshore Wind to nie tylko biznes i technologie, ale przede wszystkim ludzie, relacje i wspólne wartości.

Most people looking at offshore wind see monopiles, towers, and turbines. We often look at something else…

The structures that are almost invisible — yet without them, the entire installation cannot operate safely and efficiently.

Secondary steel structures: Boatlandings, Platforms, Ladders, Supports, Access systems, Railings, Internal and external structures.

These are the components responsible for:
✔ safety of offshore crews
✔ long-term service access for 20–30 years
✔ resistance to harsh marine environments
✔ efficient installation and future O&M operations

In offshore, there is no such thing as “less important” steelwork.
Every detail operates in extreme conditions: saltwater, wind, material fatigue, limited weather windows, and exceptionally high quality requirements.

At Alpin Weld, we see offshore secondary steel as a combination of:

→ welding quality compliant with EN 1090 EXC4
→ full QA/QC and NDT control

→ anitcorrosion coating under Frosio supervision
→ production repeatability
→ readiness for real offshore conditions
